MONEY TO BE HAPPY

Nowadays, we live on a capitalist world where money plays an important role in the society. However,
depends on the person you ask, they will think something different. There are some people, who are
ambitious and for they, money is very important and give a sign of power in the society but for others, it
is not important, and they can live so good without this worries and ambitions.

Firstly, there are things considered articles of first necessity like milk, water, electricity, a home with
good conditions and a lot of things that everybody needs to have a dignified life. So, without money you
cannot get this basics goods and services and for that in this case, money is very important.

Secondly, for ambitious people money can be used to position them. Through the goods that they can buy
they tell the rest of the world how much money they have. Usually, these elements are luxury and the
latest cars, watches, phones, bags, clothes, or enormous houses. In consequence of this fact, money can
give happiness to certain people who consider that have luxuries is an equivalent to have an idyllic life.

Finally, in many countries something basic like the healthcare is very expensive and there exist many
people who cannot afford this service or it is an economic burden. For this reason, money can be very
important because, if you live in a country without public health, your illness can become a luxury.

To sum up, money can give peace of mind, and this can be related with happiness. You do not need
luxuries to be happy but, in some cases, basic needs can become a luxury.

Families in my country.

The main purpose of this report is to give an overview of the family customs in my country. This report
includes activities that families do together, the role of grandparents and how families has change in the
past of the years.

Activities.

Families in Spain are very traditional in terms of customs, perhaps, the main activities are play board
games, go to the cinema, holidays in family resorts or apartments near to the beach, or walking in the
countryside and family meals on Sundays.

Grandparents.

In many families, the role of grandparents is very important because they are a second parents. They pick
up the grandchildren from school and take care of them until that the parents finish to work. So, they are a
very involved in family life.

Families in the past of the years.

Formerly, people got married over their early twenties and had many sons over seven, for example. For
current generations, this is a madness. Nowadays people get married over thirties, and have one or two
sons, three exceptionally.
