Background

You have been hired by Truecaller for Business as a Product Marketing Manager.
We at Truecaller for Business focus on providing value to businesses by improving
their communication with customers. They leverage the power of the Truecaller
platform to grow business for enterprise customers. This ranges from controlling
their appearance on Truecaller as a verified business to increasing call efficiency by
enabling trusted and contextually relevant communication with their customers.

Your role as the Product Marketing Manager is to define the positioning of the
product and build the right program to :
- Enable successful re-launch of our product in India and set the narrative as CX
suite
- Ensure product adoption on the self-serve platform

Guidelines
- You can assume that you have the following teammates to help you with the
execution:
a. Digital Marketer
b. Content Marketer
c. Field Marketer
d. Designer
- The plan needs to be in sync with the Product and GTM Teams
- GTM team includes:
- Sales LOB
- Large Enterprise Team
- SMB + Md Market team
- Channel Sales [Our channels are CPaaS businesses or Cloud
telephony companies]
- Customer Success
- Marketing
- Doc or slides or spreadsheet, it’s your call. Whatever you think helps you in
- communicating effectively will work.
- Take logical assumptions wherever you need to, especially if it prevents you
from completing the product spec. Do explain the logic behind such
assumptions.
- Some of the good things to cover in the Go-To-Market include but are not
limited to -
- Positioning
- GTM action plan
- audience profiling,
- price finding
- Launch Plan and Self Serve Adoption Plan
- Marketing budget estimation, etc
- It’s up to you how detailed you want to go in the document.
