ALL ABOUT YOUR SELF

I'm Arjay D. Lago, a CS12S1 student, and I really enjoyed learning how to program in several
programming languages. When I'm bored, I also like to play video games and musical instruments.
I've made progress in my weight and height from being overweight in elementary, high school, and
senior high school days. My current measurements are 157 cm and 55.71 kg. I also keep up a
healthy physical lifestyle by working out for an hour every day to get rid of toxins in my body and
eating nutritious foods, though occasionally I used to indulge in high-cholesterol foods on cheat
days. I discovered that anthropometric measurements may be used to determine total body fat,
regional fat, and fat distribution, as a result, I am now able to manage maintaining my physical
fitness.
