The Unhealthy of Deep Fried Foods

Growing up we all had that one favorite food that we love so much and could
never get tired of it. Who doesn’t love food, food is amazing. But food also has a side
of it that we don’t like. We hate that if we eat to much we get fat because I know I
do. Each food is different there’s healthy food then there’s junk food. Eating healthy
is important because no one wants to have health issues later on in their life. Deep
fried foods are one of the most unhealthy foods there are when ordering in fast food
places. Eating healthy is important and I am going to tell you how deep fried foods is
really bad for you.

We all know one food we can’t not stop eating, it’s good but too much of it can do
so much wrong. In the article I found it will explain how eating deep fried foods can
lead to health problems such as a disease. In this article it states, “Yet these foods
tend to be high in calories and trans fat, so eating a lot of them can have negative
effects on your health”(health line). In this article it explains and talks about how
deep fried foods lead to health problems. Also, they have a lot of calories and trans
fat in each food. If you don’t exercise or do any physical activity you have a bigger
risk of gaining more weight and calories and this is not good for your body. This

higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes” (health line). This shows that you can get a
disease from eating too much fries foods. We need to start eating more healthy to
reduce the chance of getting diabetes.

Another deep fried food that is unhealthy for you are fries, fries are just unhealthy
for you, but people will still eat them I will explain how they are unhealthy with an
article I read. In this article states, “A medium order of fries has 365 calories along
with 17 grams of fat, a full 26% of your daily value”(Oaklander 1). This shows how
much calories a medium size fries has in it crazy right. Imagine ordering a large size
of fries image how much more calories that would be. Another quote is, “One way to
cut down on the toxin is to cook fries for less time”(Oklander 1). He talks about how
people should start to eat less French fries and he gives us a tip on how to prevent
from getting toxin. Cooking the French fries for less time is an excellent idea. French
fries have a lot of salt and grease in them which mean it has a lot of fat. Eating to
much can cause weight gaining meaning you gotta burn off them calories by
exercising.

Most people would say that food is healthy and that it doesn’t matter what you eat
you can exercise. People love food and they won’t care about how many calories
there is in it or how much fat is in it. People might say that French fries don’t have
that much calories or that it’s not that big of a deal to make out of. Chips is a big deal
because you have all kinds of flavors and options to choose from they all have
different calories and people don’t care about that stuff they enjoy eating. People
will say we only live once so why not enjoy what we can now.
