Science and Technology. May you continue to abide by our Constitution and By-Laws so
that you can lead our students and teach them how to follow the rules. And the gavel, which
signifies justice whenever there are decisions or peacemaking, may you always choose peace
over everything.

THE SECRETARY:

- I gave this to you as a copy of our past general meeting- minutes, to guide you and your
fellow officers on where you are leading your meetings and especially the important agendas
that you are going to discuss to lead our school at its best.

THE TREASURER:

- I give these things to you as a symbol of a new start, not just for you but for every SSLG.
May this help you to always keep doing your best, no matter what, for the sake of
Dominicians.

THE AUDITOR:

- I give you the audit of our monetary expenses. May this always remind you to be true to
your position and to always remember to be transparent when it comes to handling the
money.

THE PUBLIC INFORMATIONS OFFICER:

- I give this to you as a copy of being an information officer to remind you of being the voice
of those people or students. So that they would freely express themselves, and also, may this
remind you to be accurate in every piece of information that you are going to spread.

THE PEACE OFFICER:

- I give you a copy of our rules and regulations. May you continue to abide by them and
remind you that the law may always be obeyed. Especially by you, may you also serve the
peace and be mindful of what you’re always going to do.
THE BUSINESS MANAGER:

- I give this to you as a copy of our concept papers and programs for our past events. May this
remind you to always give the best to every Dominican and to always accept other people's
suggestions for the sake of the beauty of every event. May this also remind you to be a
creative person with a heart in every action.

PUBLIC INFORMATIONS OFFICER
MAIN TASK
 According to Dominic Institute of Science & Technology Constitution and By- Laws
Article 11

Section 8. The Public Information Officers shall have the following duties;

8.1 Disseminate and promote the thrusts and objectives of

the SSG;

8.2 Build and Maintain a credible image for the SSG;

8.3 Take charge in the promotion of SSG projects and

activities;

8.4 Head of the Publicity Committee, and;

8.5 Perform other duties assigned by SSG President.

. The Official FB Page will automatically handle by the outgoing officer whrn the
transition period is over.
