Section 1: Personal Information and Background

Introduction:
My name is Eeshaa Fatima D/O Javed Iqbal and I come from a family that values education. I was born
on April 1st, 2000, in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Educational Background:
I finished my SSC in 2015 with a score of 843 out of 1100. Then, in 2017, I completed my HSSC with a score of
885 out of 1100. I kept studying and got a Bachelor of Science degree from GC University of Faisalabad in 2021,
with a 94.75 percentage. After that, I started working as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources in
November 2021 at Superior College Faisalabad, and I'm still working there. During this time, I learned a lot
of professional skills and got better at management stuff. I want to improve in my field, So I decided to
study for a degree in MSc Management with Project Management. I hope this will help me to make
management better and improve the industry. Even though I have a background in science subjects, I've
tried working in management in this industry. But my education has made it a bit difficult. Still, I'm
excited about- f a c i n g new challenges and opportunities on this journey. Right now, I'm looking for jobs
where I can use my skills in organizing and working well with others. I want to improve management and
make workplaces run more smoothly. I've also gotten better at speaking English, which is useful for any job
I do. But I realized I wanted to keep improving, so I decided to do an MSc management with project
management. Working in places where English is spoken has made me better at talking with people, which I
think is important.

Besides my studies, I really enjoy cooking. It's fun for me to make all kinds of dishes and try new recipes,
whether they're from different cultures or new inventions. I also love learning about different cultures and
meeting people from various backgrounds. Finding out about their customs and values is something I find
really interesting. When I have free time, I like to write and read books about leadership, and management.
Reading makes me happy and motivated, and it helps me stay informed and do my job better.
I'm especially interested in reading research papers and articles about management. I feel a sense of
achievement when I do meaningful things and have a positive impact. My big goal is to expand my knowledge
in Management, and I think that studying for an MSc management with project management at BPP University
in the United Kingdom will give me valuable international experience and expertise.
 Section 2: BPP and Your Chosen Programme of Study

I've decided to pursue an MSc Management with Project Management based on my personal experiences,
conversations with others, and research journal readings. While working as an Assistant Manager of Human
Resources at Superior College in Faisalabad, Pakistan, I realized that this program aligns perfectly with my
career aspirations. It offers an innovative and adaptable curriculum that provides a deep understanding of
international healthcare systems and equips individuals with essential skills for success in a dynamic work
environment. Completing this degree will not only provide practical experience but also a profound
comprehension of global management, enabling me to bridge the gap between theory and practice and build
a strong professional network

The next significant step on my journey was to search for the right university. When I explored options for
higher education in Pakistan, I found that my choices were limited. The educational system here focused more
on theoretical knowledge and lacked emphasis on practical skills. Given the increasing global
interconnectedness, my goal was to find a place where I could acquire valuable practical knowledge and stay
updated with the latest ideas. Consequently, I began researching reputable universities in countries other than
Pakistan.

I opted to pursue my studies in the United Kingdom for several compelling reasons. While the United States
boasts excellent management universities, I was drawn to the UK for a number of significant factors. Firstly,
management systems in the UK are highly regarded by people in Pakistan. Additionally, the UK attracts a diverse
array of students from around the globe, as reported by the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). The
UK's global reputation and its rich blend of cultures also piqued my interest. Moreover, the QS World
University Rankings for 2022 highlighted that 16% of the world's top universities are located in the UK.

All of these factors combined led me to the conclusion that the UK was the ideal destination for my studies.
During my extensive research on various universities, such as the University of Law and De Montfort
University, I thoroughly explored their websites and social media platforms. Through this process, I discovered
distinct advantages offered by BPP University that set it apart from others. Notably, BPP University provides
exclusive modules like Data-Driven Decisions for Business, Personal Effectiveness, and Advanced Project
Management, which are not available at the University of Law and DMU. In contrast, UOL and DMU offer
modules such as Project Management Methods and Tools and Project & Organizational Strategy.

The MSc Management with Project Management program has sparked my enthusiasm for this field, given its
direct connection to my recent studies in management. In our rapidly changing world, effective project
management and efficient systems are vital for organizations to strategize, create, manage, execute, and
evaluate projects successfully. Pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management will deepen my knowledge
and provide me with crucial skills, including effective collaboration with industry partners and meeting project
deadlines. I'm excited about the increasing level of professionalism in this field, as it opens doors for
specialization and expertise development that align perfectly with my interests.

As I envision my career focused on project management roles within both public and private organizations,
my commitment lies in conducting my work with the utmost professionalism and adhering to international
project management standards to better serve individuals. I kindly seek your support in turning my aspirations
into reality. In Pakistan's business sector, graduates holding UK degrees are in high demand, and I anticipate
an initial monthly salary in the range of £1500 to £2000, with significant growth potential as I accumulate work
experience. With 2 years of experience and the knowledge, skills, and global perspective gained through the
completion of an MSc Management with Project Management from BPP, I am well-positioned for salary
increases and career advancement.

I have a strong conviction that pursuing my education in the UK will provide me with the finest learning
experience and an outstanding opportunity to achieve my future goals. I am excited about the prospect of
learning from seasoned experts and building connections with professionals in the field of project
management. After obtaining my MSc Management with Project Management from BPP University, my goal is
to secure a senior position within a multinational corporation. I am confident that my skills and experience will
