Subject: Termination of Account Creation and Services Agreement

Reference: Contract Agreement Dated November 23 2021

Dear Sir,

This letter is being written to inform you that as of tomorrow 23/07/2022

as per our Account creation and Services contract Agreement as referred
above, we will no longer conduct any kind of business with you.
We made this decision because in recent projects we came into some
issues beacuse of insufficient information for account setup and a lack of
other data from your end. I have been pleased with our prior relationship
and it is my wish that we part on good terms.

As We are writing you this letter, so our contract is terminated effective

from August 23, 2022. Kindly feel free to contact regarding any additional
issue related to contract termination.
