ESP
i. Check availability of Splice across PKR
ii. Check ESP Cable length
iii. Confirmed that sufficient CCCP clamp on location
iv. Check the X.
v. ESP field engineer to be responsible for operating manufactured equipment only
vi. Follow in addition to Cable integrity test
vii. and provide MTU
viii. No one from rig team touch the power tong (Only TRS Team).
ix. ESP team representative to be on the rig floor all time to observe RIH ESP operation.
x. Use Tbg Protector Pin & Box while P/U Tbg
xi. ** TIW to be installed above PKR & TRSV while M/U time
xii. ** Don’t move the string till ESP representative on rig floor
xiii. ** Don’t RIH in the BOP with PKR till confirm that ESP cable already cut & splice to lower part (Confirm with FIC before RIH)
xiv. A hole cover must be used at all times to prevent dropped objects falling into the well
xv. All joint that M/U directly to completion assembles, should be M/U pipe wrench and use JAM, never start directly with Power tong
b. Completion Eng.
i. Prepare final well schematic and check all OD, ID & length for all string assemblies
ii. Prepare final tally and confirm only required tubing on racks, mark Tbg at ESP PKR & TRSV
iii. Check and confirm availability of all required fitting
iv. Provide all tool data and certification
v. Confirm all tools has been drifted
vi. Apply pressure in ALL CLs as integrity while RIH
vii. All required fitting to be on location otherwise ask Zfod to provide fitting
viii. Comp. to provide list of all required handling tools, slips, pup joint , XO…..
ix. Confirm PKR Shear Value
x. Check PKR range and compatibility with casing Wt.
xi. Check the availability ESP packer splice with all accessories
xii. TIW to be installed above PKR & TRSV while M/U time
xiii. Function test and pressure test for AGV and TRSV with measuring of return are required
xiv. Confirm availability of CL bands in case no cable use
xv. Completion engineer to check return from TRSV & AGV before and after landing (Vol should be same)
xvi. All joint that M/U directly to completion assembles, should be M/U pipe wrench and use JAM, never start directly with Power tong`
c. TRS to follow global procedure while RIH
i. Whenever complete R/U perform function test for JAM unit with Pup joint (Never start directly with the string joint)
ii. Check elevator load capacity / Whenever String Wt reach to 60 ton call WSL (Elevator capacity is 75 ton)
iii. Use Safety clamp till get sufficient wait ( at least first 20 Jts)
iv. All joint that M/U directly to completion assembles, should be M/U pipe wrench and use JAM, never start directly with Power tong
v. TRS Supv. to provide Min, Max & Opt torq for Tbg 3 ½” TSH-Blue 9.2# L-80 tubing and confirm value with FIC/Zfod
vi. Drift all Joint, & P.Jt X.Os & Assy before RIH // T.Hgr with X-O below
vii. TRS Supv. to monitor Tbg cleaning and check before P/U to the floor.
viii. Use API Dope on Pin side of Tbg
ix. Use Stabbing Guide during M/U
x. No Low or Hi shoulder chart are acceptable
xi. TRS team in completely responsible about the tally and count Tbg that RIH or POOH.
xii. Prepare and clean Tbg. Protector pin side to use when R/B Tbg to the derrick
xiii. Dope only the pin ends of tool joints sparingly with a paint brush. Wipe away any excess dope.
xiv. TRS Spv. To check all string components and provide all necessary accessories
xv. All tools and Equip should be suitable for ESP completion
xvi. No one from rig team touch the power tong (Only TRS Team).
xvii. Use tubing protector Pin and box while P/U the joint on V-Door
xviii. All make up tq should be as per attached manufacture paper

2. Mud Tanks

 Derrick man to keep all mud tanks fully.
 check all chemical materials on location, inform WSL directly 2 days before any required materials
 Keep add additive to mud tanks as per program
2. Pipe Handling
- During crew change meeting, please have quick reminder with all rig crew about the pipe handling procedure.
- NO one stay in or near the catwalk during PU / DP.
- Floor man to have enough distance (save distance) when he push the TBG joint to the V-door.
- Driller to have a look on the V-Door & Catwalk camera BEFORE P/U or L/D DP.
 ** Drift each Joint before RIH(Never M/U new jt to the string till confirm the drift on the rig floor, never keep more than one on rig floor).
