Zoya- Hi Aman! It’s been an exhausting school week, hasn’t it?

I got stuck reading

a gravity book for my physics class. Turns out I couldn’t put it down! (Aman sighs)
Do you get it, because gravity usually makes things fall down?

Aman- Not again, Zoya. We hear enough of your very poor jokes in class already?
Must you torture our seniors as well?

Zoya- Okay just one more try, I’m sure you’ll like this one. Do you know why I
always tell you to be careful around the new computers in the computer lab?

Aman- Why? (shakes head)

Zoya- Well you must be careful around computers because it turns out they Byte!
(b-y-t-e, but also b-i-t-e) Did you get it?

Aman- Hey bhagwan (joins hand) bas karo.

Zoya- Okay I just have one more question. Let’s ask our audience this time. So,
seniors, why do you think 6 was afraid of 7?

Ask someone from the audience

Zoya- See Aman, the audience is so much more enthusiastic than you. Don’t be
such a boring host.

Aman- You have to understand Zoya, that in order for me to express my

enthusiasm for our seniors, you first have to stop cracking your bad jokes and give
me room to speak.

Zoya- You’re right. But I’m just trying to delay this farewell as much as possible. I
really don’t want our seniors to leave.

Aman- I think it has been delayed quite a bit already (Thank you, JEE). So without
further ado, Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed faculty, and the soon-to-be graduates
of the Class of 2024, welcome to our bittersweet extravaganza, the Farewell
Ceremony! Today, we're here to bid farewell to a group of very special students
who have managed to survive the trials and tribulations of school life without
losing their sanity (mostly).

Zoya- I’d say they did a pretty good job- considering the fact that the whole world
was shut down as soon as they entered senior school, and then imagine having to
give two sets of board exams in the same year! These are some real soldiers.

Aman- Soldiers or not, if there is one thing certain about them is that they are
going to be the batch who can step out of Jaipuria’s gates and proudly claim, “We
are the batch who received the absolute BEST farewell in the history of all
farewells ever given.”

Zoya- Hosted by the BEST ever hosts, we know we know, we’re straight out of the
Oscars.

Aman- Girls and boys, ladies and gentlemen, queens and kings- we welcome you
warmly to your Farewell. We promise, it will be one that goes down in history
books (or at least the chronicle) Zoya- (or your Instagram stories)

Zoya- Nevertheless, sit back, and enjoy this Royal Rendezvous which is nothing
less than Jodha Akhbar. And in true royal style, before we beging we would like to
seek the blessings of the Divine through the lighting of the lamp. We invite
principal ma’am, vice principal admin dr anupam vidyarthi sir, vice principal
academics Deepa wahi mam, Headmaster Vinay Pandey Sir, Academic
Coordinator rashmi singh maam and the outgoing student council- HG VHG HB
VHB to initiate the lighting of the lamp.
Conclusion-
Zoya- Aman, do you know why my friend dropped economics as her subject?

Aman- why?

Zoya- because she lost….interest. Get it? Because we study interest rates in
economics?

Aman- not again i though we were done with your comedy show

Zoya- no, not yet. Im just trying to postpone the end of this farewell as much as
possible.

Aman- Well, you cant stop time Zoya. We will eventually have to say goodbye to
our seniors. And I think we can send them off in a better way than your horrible
jokes.

Zoya- I wouldnt call them HORRIBLE, they are certainly giggle-inducing. But I
get what you’re trying to say. Dear seniors, we aren’t happy about it either, but we
have come to the end of your farewell celebrations, and it is time for us to escort
you out into the real world.

Aman- Today has been a celebration of friendship, of growth, and of the incredible
journey that these Jaipurias have embarked upon together. From navigating the
halls of academia to conquering the challenges of adolescence, they have emerged
stronger, wiser, and ready to take on whatever the future may hold.

Zoya- But as we say goodbye, let's not forget that this is just the beginning of their
next great adventure. Armed with knowledge, experience, and maybe a few inside
jokes that only they can understand, they are poised to make their mark on the
world in ways both big and small. Class of 2024, we are incredibly proud of you.
Go forth, shine brightly, and never stop making a difference in the world. We'll be
here, with our incredibly poor jokes, cheering you on every step of the way.
Aman- And as you go forth with life’s adventures, remember the lessons you’ve
learnt here, and always face challenges head on, remembering that you are a
mighty jaipurian and that nothing can stand in your way. Don’t let failures deter
you and remember, as a wise man once said, Haar ke jeetne wale ko hi baazigar
kehte h.

Zoya- Wah, so my incredibly sophisticated jokes are looked down upon, but your
cheezy Shah Rukh Khan references are okay?

Aman- I don’t want to pick up a fight….let’s just leave, it’s time to go as it is

Zoya- Wait, picture abhi baaki h mere dosto. Ladies and gentlemen, Before we
send you off in style, let's take a moment to reminisce about the incredible journey
you've shared here- a little trip down memory lane. Cue the video.
