classes on Friday,29 March 2024, due to religious observance. As a devout
member of The Church of Immaculate Conception, I am actively involved in
serving the church community, particularly during significant religious events such
as Good Friday.

On this occasion, I am scheduled to participate in a special Mass from 10:00 AM

to 3:00 PM, which is a crucial part of the Good Friday service. As this observance
holds great personal and religious significance to me, I am committed to fulfilling
my responsibilities within the church community.
I understand the importance of attending classes regularly and ensuring
academic commitments are met. However, I kindly request your understanding
and consideration regarding my absence on this particular day. I assure you that
I will make every effort to obtain any missed assignments or class materials and
catch up on any coursework covered during my absence. I am more than willing

ensure minimal disruption to my studies. Evidence that my church is conducting
