▪ As a technical sourcer for the AWS Glue team and sister teams, I implemented numerous recruiting techniques
for over 10 hiring managers and hired an average 4 candidates per month against a company target of 2.
▪ I managed weekly reports using QuickSight and Excel which improved requisition open to close timing from
137 days average time-to-hire to 67 days.
