Parcel tariff weight calculation

The Tariff weight is the actual or the dimensional weight of a shipment - the larger of the two is charged rounded to the next half kilogram.
The actual shipment weight is the total sum of the weight of all its parts - products and packaging material (measurement from scales).
The dimensional weight of the shipment is calculated in kg based on package dimensions by multiplying the width (in cm) х the length (in cm) х the height (in cm) / 5000

Courier services restrictions (cm/kg)

Restrictions of DPD PL
For Poland bulky formula is: Length > 150 OR (Length+Width+height > 300) OR WeightGross > 31.5 OR (Length*Width*height / 5000 > 31.5)
Restrictions of InPost
For Poland bulky formula is: Length > 120 OR (Length+Width+height > 220) OR WeightGross > 30
Please note that restrictions for international deliveries may vary from mentioned domestic restrictions.
Please consult your Key Account Manager to get more info on courier restrictions in other counties.

Courier service limited liability

Please note that courier limit of liability determines the maximum amount of money that carriers can be held liable for in the event of damage or loss of the parcel.
To submit a claim in case of loss or damage, courier service demands to provide proof of value, which refers to the acquisition/purchse/manufacturing value of the product (cost invoice, not commercial invoice).
Please consult your Key Account Manager to get more info on limited liability amounts of specific couriers.

Remote Zones
Remote zones are distant areas that are difficult for the couriers to get to.
Remote zone surcharge applies for deliveries to Remote Zones.
Please refer to Page 3 - Attachment to Price List containing a list of Remotes Zones (Postal Codes).

Customs Zones
Customs Zones are NON-EU countries, or any special zones within one country with other customs legislation (e.g. Canary islands in Spain, Livigno in italy etc.).
Customs fee surcharge applies for deliveries to Customs Zones.
Commercial invoice for customs purposes is mandatory for this service.

Envelope is included in Pick&Pack Fee (per order)
Other packaging types/materials - for additional cost. Please discuss all the requirements with your WAPI manager
