III. Dance
a. DJ [PRIORITY]
i. Colt has talked to a DJ, but DJ mentioned ‘liabilities’
b. Playlist has to be 100% clean
i. No sexually explicit or drug related music
ii. Clean versions of songs aren’t allowed

i. Create own playlist and send it to DJ to play
ii. Throwback/ disco
iii. Modern songs
d. Let Mr. Perez know where dance will be held
e. Chaperones
i. Colt has list of chaperones
ii. Mr. Perez will find the people and give us a list by early next week
iii. Armaan will email Mr. Perez the reminder about chaperones
f. Tickets will be on Go Fan
g. Open Dance
i. Mr Perez will talk to Morty and Mr. Rangel about making it an open
dance
ii. Open dance will generate more money
h. Water Donations
i. Talk to Payton
ii. Parent donations
iii. Ask people to donate water
iv. Use leftover water from BTS Dance
