worldwide?

Emirates was founded by the UAE as their flag carrier in 1985 to support their economy and
image. In the beginning they started with sixty destinations moving forward they recruited the
multinational to crew to provide the best services and purchased the state of the art fleet.
Operations expanded to all over the globe with most longest routes of the world . This yield them
the best of the financial returns due to very high passenger as well as the millions of tons of
cargo which made the Emirates profitable and the best service provider for the consecutive 26 th
year.

Despite of strength Emirates have, they are overlooking some passenger segment which being
catered by their competitors like Etihad and gulf air which are owned by neighbor states.
Emirates have focused on the purchase of aircrafts increasing the destination, instead they must
also pay attention towards the neglected the customer groups. As well as they are not paying
much attention towards their HR.

As mention fueling cost is 30.7 % of the total cost of all the operations, decrease in the oil prices
will have the super positive impact on the profits of airline as well as it will help them to grow
more in better way to expand the operations at more destinations. Due to this cost reduction ,
neglected HR can be compensated in a much better way.
