Re: Spectacular Breaches of Oath and Covenant by Agents and Representatives

of King Charles III Causing Extensive and Irreparable Injury

This public notice is to inform you that you have agreed by operation of law to Fraud
and/or being an accessory to Fraud and to the Intentional Tort of False
Imprisonment against General Executor, Grantor, Beneficiary, living woman and
divine spirit incarnate Stella: Raji. The Facts of your agreement are derived from
Canada Post Service Records and Certifications indicating receipt of Affidavit of Fact,
Notice to Cease and Desist, Notice of Tender to Insurer/ Legal Counsel, and Notice of
Non-Response.

The Facts are as Follows:

On February 16, 2024 a Notice of Breach of King Charles III Oath and
Covenant to God Causing Injury with Intent to Covenant and Lien with Appendix A-Z,
Notice of Tender to Insurer/ Legal Counsel was mailed to you containing an
agreement upon failure to rebut the Testimony with your own facts and evidence or
proof in your own sworn or affirmed testimony. Said Notices were mailed Canada
Post Registered Mail, and received by your agent evidenced by delivery confirmation
on February 26, 2024.
After the tolling of thirty (30) days, a Notice of Non-Response with
Opportunity to Cure and a Notice of Reprinting and Re-Mailing with a copy of Notice
of Non-Response with Opportunity to Cure was mailed in good faith granting
another ten (10) days to respond. Said Notices were mailed Canada Post Registered
Mail on March 18 and 26, 2024 respectively and received by your agent evidenced
by delivery confirmation on April 8 and 10, 2024 respectively. As you have failed to
respond within the time given of forty (40) days total as requested, this final notice
shall constitute the finalization of your agreement to this Covenant. This attempt to
privately resolve the matter through administrative procedures is a record of my
reservation of the right to pursue legal and lawful action against all parties involved
and your agreement to do so. By operation of law, you have entered into Covenant

Stella: Raji on the following decrees:

1) Lien and claim of $100,000,000 against all surety bonds of all lawyers and Judges/
Justices and Associate Justices, and local registrar mentioned herein: Justice
Geoffrey B. Morawetz, Justice Suzanne M. Stevenson, Glen Loren Schwartz, Kenneth
Nathens, Justice James F. Diamond, Joseph Agueci, Associate Justice Robert Frank,
Associate Justice Conrad Anthony Diamante, Local Registrar Judith Richards, Justice
Freya Kristjanson and Justice Sharon Shore
2) Lien and claim of $100,000,000 against any insurer and bonding agent who
refuses to settle lawful and legal claims against any transgressor named herein.
3) Lien and claim against the Superior Court of Justice at 361 Family Court and 330
University Civil Court in Toronto to the amount of $100,000,000 respectively as
remedy for Dishonour and injury.
4) Lien and claim of $100,000,000 against the TORONTO DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD
as remedy for Injury.
5) Lien and claim $100,000,000 against the Law Society of Ontario as principal and
agents of lawyers and judges named herein.
6) Lien and claim of $528,000,000 against 70 Sawmill Road in Toronto for payment of
lien of Liborio Lomonaco for fraud, kidnapping (stealing), and dishonour.
7) Lien and claim of $528,000,000 for payment of lien for kidnapping (stealing), fraud,
dishonour against NATHENS SIEGEL LLP.
8) Lien and claim of $100,000,000 against TORONTO DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD, for
false imprisonment (stealing of liberty), coercion, force and accessory to kidnapping.
9) Lien and claim of $100,000,000 against AGUECI CALABRETTA BARRISTERS AND
SOLICITORS LLP and CMLS FINANCIAL for stealing, fraud and dishonour.
10) Lien and claim against Registrar General of Ontario for the unlawful Discharge of
Lawful Claims of the undersigned with Intent to Lien of $100,000,000.
11) Lien and claim of $100,000,000 against the public and private property and
surety bonds of King Charles III and all successive heirs thereafter, the Governor
General of Canada, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, the Attorney General, and the
Chief Executive Officer of the Law Society of Ontario and trespassing persons for any
and all future unlawful trespasses or interference by Agents under the authority of
the King for failure to cure and prevent unlawful trespasses against God’s laws as
promised by oath. Deuteronomy 23: 21 states “When thou shalt vow a vow unto the
LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay for it: for the LORD thy God will surely
require it of thee; and it would be a sin in thee”.
12) Notice Ontario Government to honour Concurrent Justice System of Equity and
Common Law in courts when King James Bible Scriptures are used by women and
men under God’s authority to enforce said System, and shall be enforced and
honored with penalty of $100,000,000 against Surety Bonds of Public Servants who
trespass on the rights of those who seek Equity in courts.
