Lester’s 90-Days to Fulfill Your Destiny Program
Everyone is experiencing his or her infinite and unlimited Beingness every
moment of that one’s life.

That which is not is sought for, but not that which is obvious. In other words, that
which appears is sought for, but not that which exists.

To think is not your real nature. Your real nature is to be. The natural free state is
the ultimate goal. That is to be with no thinking. No thinking happens when there
are no more feelings; i.e., no more AGFLAP and CAP.

The essence of your self is only awareness or consciousness. When the ego
dominates it, your consciousness functions as the reasoning, thinking or sensing
faculty. When you are totally released, you identify with your beingness only. You
are intuitive with no thinking.

You begin with dissatisfaction. With dissatisfaction you are always restless and
seeking. Releasing undoes the dissatisfaction. When you are totally released, you are
eternally satisfied. You will never stop your agitated state of dissatisfaction until you
are totally released and constantly satisfied. This is the sense of fulfillment. This is
the ultimate state.

You do not acquire happiness; your basic nature is happiness. You simply remove
the unhappiness, the AGFLAP and CAP.

How to Get The Most Out of the Program

SIMPLIFY Let go of wanting to control the feeling—keep it simple!!!

PERSIST Don’t run away from the feelings, no matter what.

DIG Keep focused and keep digging.

MOMENTUM Step six–see the goodness of it.

COMPLETION Instead of releasing on it—why not release it! Just do it!

*Tip–ask yourself “What am I afraid of?” Just release any feeling.

Every “yes-but” is really a No!

The Three Ways to Release

First Way to Release—The Kinesthetic method

1. Think of something that bothers you (or someone that bugs you).
2. Put your head down, bring your awareness to your stomach or chest and you will notice
an unwanted feeling or a contraction in your stomach or chest.
3. Now, open a door right over that feeling, that contraction, wide open, and allow the
energy to pass through, allow it to leave and more and more.
NOTE: Now check, see if you already feel less bothered than you did a moment ago? Notice
the difference? Even if it is a small about at first, it is still in a positive direction and you are
acknowledging you’re moving in the right direction. Continue letting go of unwanted
energy.
If you don’t notice a difference or if you feel stuck, say Yes to the feeling. Do you see you
have been feeling frustrated or fearful? On a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the most
frustrated/fearful and 1 being the least, where are you right now with regard to the feeling?
Can you see you have been saying No to the frustration/fear? You don’t like the feeling,
you have been saying No to it, right? So, when you say No to it, you’re actually collecting
it. So, now can you say Yes to the frustration/fear—so you can get rid of it? Say yes to it
even more. And even more. And even more. Now check. On a scale of 1-10 where are you
now with the frustration/fear? See? You moved! It went down! So that lets you know you are
in the right direction—that saying Yes helps you get rid of it. So now instead of pushing
down on it, can you just invite the rest of it up? Say yes to the remaining frustration/fear and
just let it come up and out. Sometimes with fear you just have to pull your shoulders back
and let the fear come shooting right out.
NOTE: Check and notice you moved—even if it is a small amount at first—it is still in a
positive direction, and you’re acknowledging you’re in the right direction. Continue letting
go of unwanted energy.

How to be in Release moment to moment 24/7.

Think of something that bothers you. Put your head down, see if there is a contraction, a
clutching, an unwanted energy in your stomach or chest. Now, open a door right over that
contraction, wide open and allow the energy to pass through, allow it to leave and more and
more. Notice the energy leaving and how it feels real nice.
Now, keep the door open, don’t close it, keep the door open, keep it wide open, and you’ll
notice the energy continues to move and it feels real nice, keep it open, keep letting it go and
more and more…now open your eyes but keep your awareness on the door opening, keep it
open and allow the energy to keep moving out all by itself and you notice it feels real nice,
right?
Notice that? Keep your awareness on the door and keep letting the energy pass through,
notice how it feels real nice. Now you’re going to notice the radical difference. Close the
door and stop releasing. Close it up. Now what do you experience? Notice the difference,
feel the difference? Now open up. Keep it open. That is how to be in release continuously,
have the door open and allow the energy to leave. It takes practice. Just practice staying

15
Lester’s 90-Days to Fulfill Your Destiny Program
open. Open the door. You can do it! It takes practice because in half a second we’ll close
down. You get distracted, you close down. So you learn to focus on the door opening. Once
you see how nice it feels and you get used to it, you’re going to notice the contraction a lot
more by practicing it.

Second way to Release (Love is the Answer). Let go of figuring it out, let go of
disapproving of yourself and give yourself approval.
Ask your mind if it knows how to…
It doesn’t know, so asking something that doesn’t know is like looking in an empty file
cabinet for an answer and you keep looking. Can you see how silly that is? Now your friend
your mind told you to beat yourself (or someone or something) up? How has beating up on
yourself (or someone or something) helped you resolve any situation? It hasn’t helped at all,
has it? Ok, and who is doing it? You are, right? Alright, if you’re doing it and it doesn’t
resolve the situation, now you have a decision to make: You can be positive and love
yourself (or someone or something), or you can be negative and beat up on yourself (or
someone or something) What do you decide? (positive and love myself) Good. So, can you
let go of disapproving of yourself and more and more, etc. Now can you give yourself some
approval? And more and more, etc. Now check. Does it feel more possible or less possible
to resolve the situation than it did just a minute ago? More possible, right? Ok, good. That
lets you know you are headed in the right direction now. And the law of the universe is
“positive attracts positive, and negative attracts negative” So keep going and you’ll see the
results, keeping letting go of asking your mind, keep letting go of disapproving and send
approval.

Third Way to Release. Letting go Wanting Approval, Wanting Control, Wanting to be Safe
Can you let go of wanting approval, wanting control or wanting to be safe?
The Third way to release corresponds to Step Three of the Six Steps.
See all your feelings culminate in the want of approval, the want of control or the want of
safety/security. See it immediately and immediately let go of wanting approval, wanting
control or wanting to be safe.
The Third Way to Release is about making a decision. Can you let it go? It is not
kinesthetic. You don’t locate a feeling in your body. It is just a decision. Can you let it go?
Yes.
Some releasers may shorthand the question and say, “Is it wanting approval, control or
security?” However it’s important to say, “Is it, wanting approval, wanting control or
wanting to be safe (or security)? We know want = lack. So, putting the word Lacking instead
of wanting is very effective and helps people discriminate. Could you let go of the lacking
approval feeling? Could you let go of the lacking control, out of control feeling? Could you
let go of the lacking security feeling? There is nothing wrong with having approval, having
control or having security. It is the wanting/lacking approval, wanting/lacking control or
wanting/lacking safety that is off. (This corresponds to the First Step of the Six Steps, I must
want Imperturbability more than I want approval, want control or want to be safe.)
When you ask someone if they can let go of wanting control, the lacking control, out of
control feeling? (for example), and they say, “Yes,” ask them to check, do you feel more in
control than you did 2 seconds ago? They will say yes, and you say, “Notice when you let
go of wanting control (or the lacking control, out of control feeling), you immediately feel

16
Lester’s 90-Days to Fulfill Your Destiny Program
more in control ( or safe or approved of). Releasing is instantaneously provable.

Remember…
All three ways to release are effective. Each has its place in your Releasing arsenal. The
most effective of the Three Ways to Release is the Third Way to Release called Letting go of
the wants (wanting approval, wanting control, wanting to be safe). Sometimes Releasers get
confused and think they have to put their head down and find the energy in their body when
they are using the Third Way to Release. Not so. The Third Way to Release does not involve
a feeling in the body. The Third Way to Release is just a decision. Is it wanting approval,
wanting control, wanting to be safe? Can you let it go? Yes. It’s just that simple. The Third
Way to Release corresponds to The Third Step of the Six Steps. Immediately see the want of
approval, want of control and want to be safe and immediately let it go.

and Remember…
Wanting Approval is a Lacking Approval feeling
Wanting Control is a Lacking, Out of Control feeling
Wanting Safety is a Lacking Safety Feeling.

How to do the Attachments and Aversions Exercises

The Attachments and Aversions Exercise is a very powerful method on the road to Freedom.
It digs up subconscious feelings so we can Release them.
An Attachment is a desire to have something.
An Aversion is a desire to get that thing away from me.
The Attachments and Aversions Exercise is divided into three sections.

The Top Section is called the Stream of Consciousness. You ask, “What is your first thought
or feeling about…( the subject of your exercise)?” Example: Being Free.
Just let your mind think of things, about the attachment. Whatever comes up, write it down.
Asking the question stirs up the subconscious mind and you will begin to see answers.
Example: “If I’m Free I have everything I want.”
You bring the answer to wanting approval, wanting control, wanting to be safe and you let go
of whichever want (or wants) it is. Sometimes there is more than one want. Sometimes it’s all
three. You take the strongest want to release first.
Say, for example, it’s wanting control.
Ask yourself, “What feels better… wanting control or having control?” This question helps
you to discriminate.
Then ask, “Could I let go of wanting control so I can have control?”
Keep repeating as you let go of wanting control more and more.
As you do so occasionally remind yourself, “What feels better… wanting control or having
control?” This helps keep you focused and discriminating.
When you feel released of the wanting, ask yourself, “Does it feel like I have control or do I
still want it?” This helps you to recognize the experience that when you let the wanting go,
you’re automatically left with the feeling of having.
And if you DON’T feel like you have, it just means you are still wanting. Go back to the first
question, “What feels better…wanting control or having control?” Continue letting the wanting
go until you feel like you have control.
Once you feel like you have, move on. “What is your next thought or feeling about...(the
subject of your exercise)” and release. You continue asking and releasing until your mind seems
quiet on the subject.

Then you move to the Second Section of the exercise, Advantages and Disadvantages.
On the topic you’re Releasing on, you ask, “What is the Advantage of (blank). Once the
answer is given, you ask “Is that wanting approval, wanting control, wanting to be safe and you
let go of whichever want (or wants) it is until you feel like you have.
Then you ask, “ What is the Disadvantage of (blank). Once the answer is given you ask, “Is
that wanting approval, wanting control, wanting to be safe and you let go of whichever want (or
wants) it is until you have.
You keep going back and forth of Advantages and Disadvantages until your mind quiets and
there aren’t anymore Advantages or Disadvantages coming up.

19
Lester’s 90-Days to Fulfill Your Destiny Program
Then, you go to the Third Section of the exercise. This Section is called the “Squeeze the
Lemon” section. It is so called because in this section we want to squeeze out any more
subconscious feelings we have on the subject we’re working on.
We say, “Imagine never, ever having (blank).
We continue to look for wanting. See if it’s wanting approval, control, or safety. Let go of the
wanting until you feel like you have approval, control, or safety.
We repeat “Imagine never, ever having (blank)” two or three times and we repeat the
procedure above. Remember we are trying to squeeze out any remaining wanting on the topic
we’re releasing on.
Next we ask, “Can you let go of your entire Attachment to (blank)? If you can’t say, “Yes,”
100% there is still some wanting. Identify which want it is and let it go until you can say, “Yes”
100%.

We then move to the Aversion side and we repeat the exact same procedure with a few
exceptions.
We say “Like and Dislike” rather than “Advantages and Disadvantages.” When we Squeeze
the Lemon we say, “Imagine Always having (blank).” And, we say, “Can you let of your entire
Aversion to (blank),” etc.

A few notes on doing the Attachments and Aversion Exercise…

When you go to the Aversion side, just ignore the word Aversion and start right in with,
“What’s your first thought or feeling about (blank)?” (Having the need to use the word Aversion
throws most people into figuring it out and it is not necessary.
When you do the Stream of Consciousness section list and release on one item (thought or
feeling) at a time. Resist any temptation (or advice from a partner) to make a list and then go
back and release on each item. The exercise is designed to bring up the subconscious
thoughts/feelings one at a time and let them go immediately as you see them. Don’t let them get
further than your nose.
Should you write the thoughts and feelings down or should you just do the exercise in your
head? Writing is preferable. When you write the items, you are involving the tactile and the
visual senses, seeing and writing, in addition to the auditory sense. Most people find writing the
thoughts or feelings to be the most effective.

Important: Notice what comes up for you during an Attachment and Aversion exercise.
When you do Attachments and Aversions, thoughts and feelings come up for release. That’s
the purpose of the exercise. When you notice a certain thought or feeling coming up over and
over again during the exercise, that tells you that you should do an Attachments and Aversions
exercise on that recurring thought or feeling.
These recurring thoughts and feelings are a gift for you because they have been suppressed a
long time and are now up for release. Notice them. Write them down as you are doing the
exercise. Come back to them later and do Attachments and Aversions on the recurring thoughts
and feelings. This is the way to get full benefit from the Attachments and Aversions exercise.

20
Lester’s 90-Days to Fulfill Your Destiny Program
Releasing with a Partner

First of all, when you and your partner write and release on each thought or feeling that
comes up (whether it be your thought/feeling or your partner’s thought or feeling), you are
multiplying the value of the exercise. “Piggybacking,” and releasing on whatever feelings that
may come up for you when your partner responds.
Remember, one thought or feeling at a time. Release the thoughts and feelings one at a time
as they come up rather than making a list and then releasing.
Ping pong back and forth with your partner. When you come to Advantages and
Disadvantages or Likes and Dislikes, each partner releases on the Advantage (or Like) and then
the same person releases on the adjacent Disadvantage or (Dislike) before ping ponging over to
the partner.

Wording a Goal Statement

1. Phrase it in the NOW—as though it is already achieved. Phrasing it as a future event tends to
keep it always out of reach—in the future.

2. Phrase the goal positively, without any negatives. Put in what you want—not what you don’t
want. Your goal statement should reflect the end result that you want to achieve; therefore, be
sure you do not include in your statement those things you’re wanting to get rid of. Keeping in
mind tends to create it.

3. It should feel real, realistic, and right to you—possible, with a sense of “I can have it.”

4. Include yourself in the statement in relationship to the goal.

5. Be precise and concise. Use as few words as possible while being sure to make it a complete
statement of what you want. Choose the exact words that convey a specific meaning to you.

6. Be specific, but not limiting. Don’t limit the results by including limiting specifics. Leave
things open as much as possible to allow for results being upgraded from what you initially
project.

7. Word it to facilitate your letting go.

8. Eliminate the word ‘want.’

9. State the goal or end result and not the means or how you’re planning to get it. These action
possibilities would more appropriately go on your Goal ‘to do’ list.

10. Focus on one goal per statement. Don’t diffuse your energy by creating multiple goals in a goal
statement.

What is a Clean-Up and How to Do It

A clean up is just what it says. During our day, unless we are totally awake and releasing all
the time, we can pick up some AGFLAP. The Clean Up clears the AGFLAP, it “cleans it up,”
and quiets the mind. We begin each releasing session with a basic Clean Up.

How to do a basic Clean up. (Quiet the mind)

Look for asafety or security feelings and let them go.
Keep releasing until any wanting/lacking feelings have subsided and your mind is quiet.
A Clean-Up should also be used after a releasing session particularly when the releasing has
stirred up resistance or especially energized thoughts or feelings. Follow the same basic clean up
procedure described above.

The General Release Questions

The General Release Questions may also be used for a Clean Up.
Use the General Release Questions 20 times a day. Soon you will have them memorized and
they will serve you in two ways: You will be discriminating all the time and you will be
releasing all the time. The General Release Questions take you off automatic.
1. Who or what are you afraid of right now?
2. Who or what do you want to control right now?
3. Whose approval do you want right now?

Fast Steps to Freedom

• Get everything only by releasing

• Practice witnessing things more while releasing
• Take responsibility for everything
• Take all your joy from within
• Be all giving
• Be Yourself

There is only one single growth and that is letting go of the ego. The ego thinks and causes
all thought. The more we’re looking into the mind and releasing, the quieter we become.

Release Technique
The Six Steps
1 You must want imperturbability more than you want
approval, control and security.

2 Decide you can do the Method and be

imperturbable.

3 See all your feelings culminate in three wants—the

want of approval, control and security/survival. See
that immediately and immediately let go of the want
of approval, want to control and the want of
security/survival.

4 Make releasing constant.

5 If you are stuck, let go of wanting to control the

stuckness.

6 Each time you release you are happier and lighter. If

you release continually, you will be continually
happier and lighter.

progress and strengthen your decision for freedom.

than you want approval, control, and security

Step 2—Decide you can do the method and be

imperturbable

wants - the want of approval, control, and security

the want of security / survival

Step 4—Make releasing constant

Step 5—If you are stuck, let go of wanting to con-

trol the stuckness

Step 6—Each time you release you are happier

and lighter. If you release continually, you will be

Remember—there are no exceptions to the six steps. If you feel stuck, review the steps and see
where you are off - then you can get back on track. Also, notice there is no stopping in the Six
Steps. Make use of Step 6—when you are feeling good, ask yourself, “Could it get any better?
Can I let go and find out?” so that you keep letting go.

Step 6—Each time you release you are happier

and lighter. If you release continually, you will be
continually happier and lighter.

Imperturbability

It isn’t that you don’t want to be imperturbability. It is

that you have more interest in other things. Other things
are more important to you, either consciously or
subconsciously.

With that in mind, ask yourself what it is that you want

more than you want imperturbability.

Make lists of those things and do the writing/releasing

exercise on each item. You will know when you are
totally released on it because it will be all right with you
either way, whether you have the thing or not.

When you have released a thing totally, you will be that

much freer to move on to greater and greater
imperturbability.

Ask yourself:

What do I want more than I want imperturbability?

What people?
What relationships?
What accomplishments?
What experiences?

RESPONSIBILITY

Taking responsibility is a powerful way of creating abundance in your life, as

well as accelerating your releasing. The following quote from Lester Levenson
describes how you can start creating and taking responsibility in your life.

“If you want one practical key for quickly reaching the Goal,
I would recommend that you take full responsibility for
everything that happens to you. We have lost sight of our
mastership and have deluded ourselves into thinking that we are
victims in a world that controls us, that pushes us around. It isn’t
so! We are causing what is happening to us by giving power, our
power, to the external world. If you want to regain your control,
you must take full responsibility.
How to regain our control? Examine your thinking and correct
it. Develop the habit of honest introspection by asking yourself,
‘Wherein did I cause this to happen to me?’ and holding it until
the thought that caused the happening comes out of the
subconscious into the conscious plane. Then you recognize your
mastership, that you caused that pleasant or unpleasant
experience to happen to you. The more you will do this, the easier
it becomes and the more able you become until, finally, you
recognize that you were always the master.”
by Lester Levenson

Fill out the attached sheet. Write down whatever comes up and release it without
censoring what you discover. Be open to seeing your underlying pattern or program
about abundance. Take responsibility, but let go of beating yourself up. By
taking responsibility, you can take control of what happens to you in your
world. If you did it, you can change it. If you feel, “I didn’t do it, it happened
to me,” you’re stuck and you have to wait for something or someone outside
of yourself to change—you become a victim.

Nothing Needs to be Done

by Lester Levenson

1. Actionlessness

In The World

1. Imperturbability

2. Identify with Beingness ONLY

3. Witnessing effortlessness by totally quieting the mind by releasing all wanting

approval, wanting control, & wanting security.

The “I” thought rises up as subject and object. “I” alone being held, all else
disappears. It is enough, but only for the competent few.

Everyone has experience of the self, every moment of his life.

Thoughts must come out an exhaust themselves. After above it is as difficult to

bring out a thought as formerly to keep out thoughts. Thoughts are the creation of
the universe. All thoughts are perturbations.

Investigate the mind it will disappear. He who thinks raises troubles. The degree of
the absence of thoughts is in the measure of your progress towards Self-
Realization.

There is nothing but your picture out there. The quiet mind, i.e., no activity of
feelings, leaves one in the beingness only. Achieved by dropping all wants.

HOW THINKING AM I?

Peace is the absence of disturbance. Disturbance is due to the arising of thoughts.

Thoughts are motivated by feelings. If one remains at peace, there is only peace all
about.

Resistance Worksheet

1. Resistance is a major block to releasing.

2. Effort is the Energy Required to Overcome Resistance.

In this course, we will generate enough energy to overcome and release our resistance.

3. The want to be Free allows us to overcome resistance.

4. Resistance is opposition to force real or imagined.

5. Wanting to control the other person, who you think is trying to control you, you can only
experience their pushing you, you can only experience your own resistance.

6. The “I can’t” is resistance, it takes a conscious effort to overcome the unconscious effort
(habit) of holding down the feelings.

7. Resistance is just another program which we have programmed, to protect all other
programs that we programmed.

8. If there were no resistance, one would go free, we are constantly having to release the
resistance in order to let the feelings up and out.

9. Resistance is when you haven’t decided yet whether to do the thing or not. And you’re
doing it anyway, and it’s difficult. To make it easy to do, all you need is to decide to do it,
or decide not to do it, and don’t do it.

10. Resistance is pushing against the world so that is will push back.

Assignments

We assume that you are here because you wish to move more quickly toward freedom.
Therefore, we are giving you the following assignments to enhance your use of the Method. To
obtain the maximum benefit, we ask you to adhere to the following for a period of 4 weeks.

1. No drugs or alcohol at any time.

2. No television or movies.

3. Start each day with a minimum 15 minute releasing period.

4. Clean up your day for a minimum of 30 minutes each evening.

5. Work on your resistance chart at least 5 minutes a day.

6. Do a minimum of 15 minutes jogging or other physical exercise each day. Use it to release
on resistance.

7. Be on time for each class. Lateness is an indication of resistance.

8. Carry your notebook with you at all times. Write down each gain, however small, as it
happens.

9. Practice keeping quiet at times. Release instead of talking.

10. Speak to your partner about the Method and releasing at least once a day, either in person
or by phone.

11. Keep a record of your escapes and the approximate length of time spent on them.

12. Keep the 6 Steps in view during your morning and evening releasing sessions.

Resistance Suggestions to
Release on or Ponder

• Let go of what we want to prevent—then we are not holding it in mind. What is it you
want to prevent?

• What you don’t undo—you will go through!!!

• One of the ways you know that you are resisting is you HAVE TO or YOU SHOULD or
anything you have EFFORT IN IT. Check.

• What things could I do, with ease—if I dropped all resistance?

• If you did not have it in you—it would not bother you. What bothers you?

• Would I rather resist or would I rather be free?

• Choose to let go of that which is making us uncomfortable.

• Every time we come from feelings, we are coming from the past. It is only a program—so
let go of wanting approval or wanting control or wanting security.

Step #1—You must want Freedom more than you want approval and control.
Note: Your wish to be Free is in inverse proportion to your wish to escape.

ESCAPE OFTEN SOMETIMES NEVER TIME SPENT

Sleep at night?

Nap during the day?

Releasing Pride Sheet

Now let’s take a look at the Releasing the Pride sheet. The following exercise is designed
to allow you to let go of your pride and move up into beingness faster.
Pride is an emotion that gets us stuck because often we want to hold on to it and protect it.
Pride is sometimes a sense of having done it and not being sure if we can do it again.
Therefore, we hold on to what we’ve done and try to get acknowledgment for it instead of
just moving on to our next accomplishment. It’s also sometimes a subtle sense of being
better than others.
Pride is a blind spot for most of us. We often get stuck in pride and don’t know it. Doing
this exercise will uncover your pride for yourself and let it go. What I want you to do is
just follow along and see what happens.

1. Ask yourself “What am I proud of?” Make a list and release the wants associated
with each item. Do one at a time.

2. Ask yourself, “Could I let go of holding on to the pride?”

3. Things that people are often proud about, that we are not consciously aware of:
• being stubborn
• being able to drive others crazy by us acting negative
• being a woman or being a man
• being smart
• being proud of certain things you do in life
• being a smart ass or a brat …

You get the idea!

Digging Deeper

Keep asking yourself the question and continue letting go until you have no more wanting
approval, wanting control, wanting safety, security or survival on each subject before moving on
to the next set of questions.

1. Who or what am I judging? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Could I let that go?

2. Who or what am I guilty about? . . . . . . . . . . . . Could I let that go?

to be equal to me?

8. Who do I think is better than me? . . . . . . . . . . . Could I allow myself to

Pride Exercises

The Abundance Course Workbook is a goldmine for releasers aiming for Total Freedom
and Imperturbability! Here’s more on how to use its exercises to dig deeper.

Pride exercises from the Abundance Course

Larry Crane asks all his Teachers to do the Pride exercises—“Releasing Pride Sheet” and
“Digging Deeper” questions—at least once a week, as well as during their teaching time.

Why? Ego/Mind hides loads of disapproving (negative) energy here! And because Pride
is a set of higher emotions compared to the rest of AGFLAP, we don’t pay attention to the
quality of that energy. We feel strong and powerful compared to those in AGFLAP, so we
don’t notice the negativity we are holding onto.

Just look at the Chart of Emotions and the Pride page (“Pride Results in …”) to see words
like “complaining,” “critical,” “contempt,” “prejudice” and others. If you express these in
thoughts/thinking, behavior and the like— aren’t you really disapproving of something or
someone? Watch for it!

Example:
Who/What am I ______________ about? Complete the question with a Pride word. Release
each answer at the Want.

Exercise:
Do the “Digging Deeper” page questions, THEN add all the Pride words on the Chart of
Emotions and from the “Pride Results In” page of the Abundance Course Workbook, and do
it again! And again, and again.

Lester Levenson on Demonstration

A Transcript from Lester’s “Will Power” audio:

Whether we are aware of it or not, everyone is controlling matter all the time.
Whether one wants to be a demonstrator or not, he is. It is impossible to not be a
creator all the time. Everyone is creating every day. We’re not aware of it because we
just don’t look at it. Every thought, every single thought materializes in the physical
world. It’s impossible to have a thought that will not materialize, except when we
reverse it. If we say the opposite right after we have a thought of equal strength, we
just neutralize it. But any thought not reversed or neutralized will materialize in the
future, if not immediately. So this thing of demonstration that we’re all trying so hard
to do we’re doing all the time, unaware of the fact that we are doing it. All we need to
do is consciously direct it, and that we call demonstration.
Everything that everyone has in life is a demonstration. It could not come into
your experience had you not had a thought of it sometime prior. If you want to know
what you sum total thinkingness is, it’s exactly determined by what’s around you,
what you have. That is your demonstration. If you like it, you may hold it. If you
don’t start changing your thinking, concentrate it in the direction that you really want
until those thoughts become predominant—and whatever those thoughts are will
materialize in the world. And when you begin to demonstrate consciously—small
things—you may then realize that the only reason why they’re small is because you
don’t dare to think big. But the exact same rule or principle applies to demonstrating
a penny that applies to demonstrating a billion dollars. The mind sets the size.
Anyone who can demonstrate a dollar can demonstrate a million dollars. Become
aware of the way you’re demonstrating the one-dollar bill, and just put six zeroes
after it next time. Take on the consciousness of the million, rather than the one-dollar
bill.
This relates to what I have been saying that there’s not difference between the
spiritual and the material when you see it, the material being just an out-projecting of
our minds into what we call the universe, the world and many bodies. And when we
see that it is just an out-projecting of our mind, that it’s just a picture out there we
have created, we can very easily change it. Instantly. So to repeat: Everyone is
demonstrating and creating during every moment that he or she is thinking. You have
no choice. You are a creator so long as you have a mind and think. To get beyond
creation, we must go beyond the mind—and just beyond the mind is the realm of all
Knowingness, where there is no need for creation. There’s a higher state than
creation: It’s a state of is-ness, of being-ness, sometimes called Awareness,
Beingness, Consciousness. That’s just behind the mind. That’s beyond creation. The
mind finds it very difficult to imagine what it’s like beyond creation because it is
involved primarily in creation—in the act of creating. It’s the creating instrument of

253
Lester’s 90-Days to Fulfill Your Destiny Program
the universe and everything that happens in the world, in the universe. So, if you take
this thing called mind, which is only a creator, and try to imagine what it is like
beyond creation, it’s impossible. The mind will never know peace (quiet) because
you have to go just above the mind to know peace (quiet) to know the Infinite Being
that we are—to know what it’s like beyond creation. The final state is beyond
creation. The ultimate State is the changeless state. In creation, everything is
constantly changing. Therefore, in creation, the Ultimate Truth is not there. So
demonstrate what one wants, one needs to become aware of the fact that all we need
to do is to think only of the things we want, and that is all that we would get, if we
would do just that. Only think of the things you want, and that’s what you’ll be
getting all the time, because the mind is only creative. Nice and easy, isn’t it? Also,
take credit for all the things you create that you don’t like. Just say, “Oh, look what I
did,” because when you become aware that you’ve created things you don’t like,
you’re still in a position of creator. If you don’t like it, all you have to do is turn it
upside down and you’ll like it.

The world as you now see it is really a Product of your imagination
and when you see the Truth, the world turns out to be a dream, a
fiction created in your mind. First, you will see it as a dream, then you
will see it as a dream that never really was. In fact, you will
experience it exactly as you do a night dream.

While you are in the night dream, you have a body, there are other
bodies, there is action, interaction, there is good and there is bad. And,
so long as you remain in that night dream, everything there seems real
to you. But when you awaken from the night dream, you say, “My
gosh, it was just a dream! It never really happened! It was all a
dream.” This is exactly the same manner in which you will awaken
from this dream called waking state. You will come to see that it was
only a creation of your imagination, only a dream; and then you will
let go of it lock, stock and barrel.

And what you will be left with is the infinite you! Then you will
call yourself fully realized, totally free.

Actually, we are fully realized all the time. That is part of the irony.
We are fully realized Beings saying that we are not. So, all we have to
do is let go of “we are not” and what is left over is the fully realized
and free Being that we are.

281
Lester’s 90-Days to Fulfill Your Destiny Program
“Surrender once and for all and be done with desire. So long as the sense of
doership is retained there is the desire that is also personality. If this goes, the
Self is found to shine forth pure.

The sense of doership is the bondage and not the actions themselves.

‘Be still and know that I am God.’ Here stillness is total surrender without a
vestige of individuality. Stillness will prevail and there will be no agitation of
mind. Agitation of mind is the cause of desire, the sense of doership and
personality. If that is stopped there is quiet. There ‘Knowing’ means ‘Being.’

Thoughts, good or bad, take you farther and not nearer, because the Self is
more intimate than thoughts. You are Self, whereas the thoughts are alien to the
Self.

Every being in the world yearns to be always happy, free from the taint of
sorrow and desires to get rid of bodily ailments which are not of his true nature.
Further every one cherishes the greatest love for himself; and this love is not
possible in the absence of happiness. In deep sleep, though devoid of everything,
one has the experience of being happy. Yet, due to the ignorance of the real
nature of one’s own being, which is happiness itself, people flounder in the vast
ocean of material existence forsaking the right path that leads to happiness and
act under the mistaken belief that the way to be happy consists in obtaining the
pleasures of this.

The world is false. The false delusions of ignorance, the vicious and age-long
tendencies of the mind, which constitute this knot, are destroyed. All doubts are
dispelled and the bondage of Karma is severed.”

Lester’s 90-Days to Fulfill Your Destiny Program
The greatest thing, and the most difficult thing we have to do is to drop the
mind. It’s a junkyard full of refuse from ages past; refuse of thoughts of
limitations—I am a limited body, I have troubles. All thoughts contain limitation.
We pile them up in the thing we call mind. Mind is nothing but the total
accumulation of all these thoughts. So, mind is kind of a junkyard of limitation.

All right, so how do we get rid of the mind? By quieting it. When we quiet the
mind we discover our infinity. The more we see our limitlessness, the more we
recognize that junkyard called mind, and the more we let go of it. We let go of it
until we go so far that we drop the whole remaining mind at one time. However,
before that, we keep battling the thoughts as they come up. As the thoughts come
up, we let go, let go, let go, until we let go of enough of them so that the Self that
we are, is obvious. Then it takes over and takes us all the way. The greatest thing
is quieting the mind, which is eliminating the mind.

Releasing is a necessary step in quieting the mind. This is the major point I am
addressing. Release. Learn how to Release and in that state learn how to get quiet.
The deeper one goes the more one discovers the innate joys to which there are no
limits. No matter how joyful you get you can always go further. If you were a
thousand times more joyful than you are now, you could still go on and on…joy
is unlimited because you are infinite.

But the major thing to accomplish is the ability to control the mind, and to
release. To drop into peace at will. A person can control a whole nation and if
they cannot control their own mind, what kind of control have they got. They are
a victim of their own mind. Rather than being free in control over their thoughts,
they are actually pushed around by past habits. They are no Master. Only the one
who can control their mind is a Master. A Master of not only themselves, but of
anything and everything they do. Releasing is the way.
