Dialogue about fitness

Hamza : Hi Hamza! How are you doing today?

Boujemaa : Hey Boujemaa! I'm good, thanks. How about


you?

Hamza : I'm good too. You know, I've been thinking lately
about staying fit. Do you have any tips?

Boujemaa : Absolutely! I think it's important to eat healthy.


You know, like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. They give
you energy.

Hamza : That sounds good. I do like fruits, especially apples.


But sometimes it's hard to resist snacks.

Boujemaa : I get it. Snacking can be a challenge. What I do is


keep some nuts or dried fruits with me. They're a tasty and
healthy alternative.

Hamza : That's a great idea! I'll try that. What about


exercise? I always find it hard to make time for it.
Boujemaa : Well, you don't need a lot of time. Even a short
walk or some stretching can make a difference. And if you
enjoy sports, playing football or basketball with friends is a
fun way to stay active.

Hamza : True, I love playing football with our classmates. But


what about when we have a lot of homework?

Boujemaa : I get it. School can be busy. Maybe we can plan


short workouts together. Like, 15 minutes of exercises at
home or maybe a quick jog in the morning.

Hamza : That sounds doable. I'll give it a try. And what about
lifestyle habits?

Boujemaa : Sleep is crucial. I make sure to get enough rest.


It helps the body recover and stay healthy. Also, drinking
plenty of water is important. It keeps you hydrated and is
good for your skin too.

Hamza : I often forget to drink enough water. Thanks for the


reminder. By the way, do you have any favorite healthy
recipes?
Boujemaa : Yes! I like making grilled chicken with
vegetables. It's simple, tasty, and packed with nutrients. You
should try it!

Hamza : Sounds delicious! I'll ask my mom to help me make
