my application.Unfortunately, I encountered an unexpected delay in obtaining the
necessary documents from my mother.

To provide some context, in 2020, I was still a minor, and my bank account was jointly
held under my mother's name. Due to this arrangement, I require certain financial
documents from her to complete the submission accurately ( it wasn`t a high street
bank) . However, despite my efforts, I have not been able to obtain these documents
within the original timeframe.

For your reference, during the tax year 2019-2020, I resided with my parents at the
following address:

I understand the importance of adhering to deadlines and assure you that I am

committed to completing the submission as soon as possible. I kindly request your
understanding and consideration in granting this extension to accommodate the
circumstances.
