I have read the course description, course syllabus, and student handbook
guidelines for Advanced Placement History. I understand my responsibilities in
this course; the requirements to remain in this course, and that there will be more
work than in a typical class. I will abide by the college level class expectations for
this course. I acknowledge that if the expectations set forth in the student
handbook are not followed I will be subject to removal from the course. If I fail a
Quarter Grading Period or I am caught cheating I will be subject to removal and
transfer to an on-level course. In-school Suspension or P.A.S.S. time will also be
considered as reasons for removal from an Advanced Placement Course.

long-term benefits of the intellectual development offered by this course, and
support my/our student’s enrollment in this course. I/we have also read the class
rules and will do my/our best to have our student abide by class expectations. I
acknowledge that my student’s failure to follow the guidelines for this course set
forth in the student handbook will subject them from removal from the course. If
my student fails a Quarter Grading Period or is caught cheating they will be
