Samantha: Yes hello, it’s a real pleasure to meet you. My name’s Samantha.

JI: Nice to meet you Samantha. My name is Charles and I’m a managing director here at SuperCore - I’ll be conducting our first quick
interview today. Try not to be too nervous and any questions you have please do ask!

S: Thank you very much - honestly I am a little bit nervous but also excited to discuss the potential role with you.

JI: That’s good to hear! Well, before we get to some more job specific questions, could you tell me a little bit about yourself.

S: Of course! My name is Samantha and I’m from Nottingham - so quite a long way away from here! I’ve been working in admin
support for over 4 years so the SuperCore role seemed very interesting to me. I’ve also traveled quite a bit and worked remotely over
the last two years so that’s been a great experience and also helped grow my skill set.

JI: Very interesting, Samantha.Lots of people have been working remotely over the last few years. I think I’m a bit old for that now
and kind of prefer the office!

S: Actually I do also love coming into the office too - it’s always nice to meet with your colleagues!

JI: So tell me Samantha, what do you know about the Admin Support role here and also what do you know about SuperCore?

S: Well, I’ve worked in an Admin Support role for sometime now with three different tech companies. I carefully read the SuperCore
job specification information and the requirements really match with my current skill set - such as customer service skills and
organizational qualities. I’ve actually known about SuperCore for sometime. In fact, I even completed a 2 week Data Entry position
for the company last year!

JI: You know, I did see that on your CV, Samantha!

S: To be honest, I really loved the experience and felt the company was a great match for me so I’ve been checking your website
often to see if any potential positions became available!
