Zumba Dance Wellness 2018

A school that offers a lot of things that could actually cater the needs of the learners. It should be a room where
learners could actually improve themselves and be a better person in many aspects of life. In addition, school
must ensure that learners are performing very well not just in academic but also in any extra-curricular
activities.
With this, Quezon Integrated School supports and participates whatever activities that would help the
learners enhanced themselves. In fact, one of the best things that QIS has been doing is the implementation of
its best practices in the school.
Learners are encourage to participate daily exercises as one of the routines during flag ceremony. They
are also encourage to participate zumba dance wellness every Friday as part of school health program that
promotes pupils/student healthy well-being through active dance routines headed by the Elementary MAPEH
Coordinator, Manuel B. Reyes 111 .Every select grade level is given a chance to lead in front with its own
dance steps. This serves as one of the best practices that QIS offers to the learners.
