and his importance on the bussines world, cause is very important know the impact and the
beneficts of the each.
We plain create a presentation where find the most important point and what is the correct
form to select the best option to your company. But first we are give you a small description
of the incoterms to make it clear:
Incoterms, widely-used terms of sale, are a set of 11 internationally recognized rules which
define the responsibilities of sellers and buyers. Incoterms specify who is responsible for
paying for and managing the shipment, insurance, documentation, customs clearance, and
other logistical activities.
For example, in each Incoterm rule, a statement is provided as to seller’s responsibility to
provide the goods and commercial invoice in conformity with the contract of sale.
Likewise, a corresponding statement is provided which stipulates that the buyer pays the
price of goods as provided in the contract of sale.

In this presentation we Will use the vocabulary learned in the english class, we Will find the
participation of the public
