It is understood that this Permit shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Proper waste recycling, reduction, segregation and disposal shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of R.A. 9003 (Ecological

Solid Waste Management Act 2000) and City Ordinance 2008-287 also known as the Antipolo City's Solid Waste Management Code of 2009;

2. Sewerage Treatment system and disposal shall be provided pursuant to the provision of the "Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004" (R.A.9275)

subject to LLDA rules and regulations;

3. Anti-pollution devices shall be appropriately installed to prevent and control noise, odor, and air pollution as may be required under the

Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999" and other relevant laws.

4. Plastic bags and Styrofoam usage are subject to provisions of City Ordinance 2009-370.

5. Refule entry of authorized CEWMO inspector for reasonable check-up or inspection may subject the owner or his duly authirized

representative to administrative case under the City Ordinance 2008-287 and other implementing rules and regulation.

6. This permit is issued without prejudice to the requirements of national government agencied and other offices, as may be required by law

and must be made available during the conduct of CEWMO inspections.
