FNAS Seniors Night Proposal
FNAS Seniors Night Proposal
Department of Education
Region III- Central Luzon
Schools Division of Pampanga
FLORIDABLANCA NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL
1. Background/Rationale
However, the current facilities and resources in the business simulation area
are outdated and in need of upgrades to meet the demands of the ever-evolving
business landscape. The existing infrastructure and equipment no longer adequately
reflect the latest technological advancements and industry best practices, potentially
hindering the school's ability to prepare its students for the challenges of the modern
workforce.
To address this pressing issue, the school has proposed to organize a "Senior's
Gala Night". This event not only aims to raise the necessary funds for the
improvement and modernization of the business simulation area but also serves as a
platform to foster a sense of community, school spirit, and pride among students,
parents, faculty, and the local community.
Hope: - "As our seniors embark on new journeys, this event aims to instill a
sense of hope and optimism, inspiring them to dream big and believe in their ability
to create positive change in the world." - "Through uplifting speeches and
motivational segments, the Senior's Night fundraiser will serve as a beacon of hope,
reminding our community of the boundless possibilities that await when we
approach life with resilience and determination."
The Senior's Gala Night event offers a platform for self-discovery and self-
improvement, with interactive activities designed to empower attendees to embrace
their authentic selves and cultivate a growth mindset." By incorporating these
subjects into the event's programming and promotional materials, the Senior's Night
fundraiser can provide a holistic and enriching experience for attendees while raising
funds for the school's business simulation area.
2. Project Objectives
The primary objectives of the Senior's Night fundraising event are as follows:
2.1. To raise funds for the improvement and modernization of the senior high
school's business simulation area, including the acquisition of state-of-the-art
equipment, software, and resources that align with industry standards.
2.2. To provide an opportunity for students, parents, faculty, alumni, and the
local community to come together and support the school's educational initiatives,
fostering a sense of unity and shared commitment to excellence.
2.3. To honor and celebrate the achievements of the graduating senior class,
creating a memorable and meaningful experience for them as they embark on their
future endeavors.
2.4. To create an enjoyable and entertaining evening for all attendees, featuring
various social activities, performances, and interactive experiences that highlight the
school's cultural diversity and rich heritage.
The Senior's Gala Night will be held on May 10, 2024, Friday at the
Floridablanca National Agricultural School premises. The following methodology will
be employed to ensure the success of the event:

advertisements, and direct outreach efforts
- Volunteer recruitment and management for various event-day tasks
- Safety and security measures, including crowd control and emergency
preparedness plans
3.3. Post-Event Evaluation: After the event, the organizing committee will
conduct a comprehensive evaluation to assess the success of the fundraising efforts,
identify areas for improvement, and document best practices for future events. This
evaluation will involve collecting feedback from attendees, volunteers, sponsors, and
other stakeholders through surveys and focus group discussions. The findings will be
analyzed, and a detailed report will be prepared, highlighting the key outcomes,
challenges faced, and recommendations for future endeavors.
