ACCUSED, RAMOND D. SANTOS assisted by the

undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully alleges that:

It is hereby agreed and understood that in case the

undersigned accused fail to appear for Trial despite due notice,
their absence will be deemed an express waiver on their part
to be present, which will warrant the Court to proceed with
case as undersigned accused were present and undersigned
accused equivocally and unqualifiedly admit that whatever the
prosecution witness refers to the accused RAMON D. SANTOS
in this case, the same pertains to the same undersigned
accused and no other.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most
respectfully prayed that the instant undertaking be duly
NOTED.

Other reliefs just and equitable in the premises are

likewise sought.
