Subject: PSA 10th Anniversary Letter of Invitation

Greetings!

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) was created by virtue of Republic Act (RA) No. 10625
otherwise known as the Philippine Statistical Act of 2023 dated 12 September 2013 and with
mandates that are enhanced and expanded by the establishment of the Philippine Identification
System pursuant to RA No. 11055 and enactment of RA No. 11315 or the Community-Based
Monitoring System Act.

This 2023 will be a significant milestone for PSA as it will celebrate its 10th Year Founding
Anniversary with the theme "PSA@10: Providing Quality Services through Digital
Transformation". With this, the Philippine Statistics Authority - Regional Statistical Services
Office 10 will celebrate the said anniversary through various activities lined up. Among the
various activities are the Grand Caravan, Exhibit, Thanksgiving Mass, and PSA 10th Anniversary
program proper to be conducted on 05 September 2023.

In line with this, we would like to invite you and/or your staff to participate during our 10th
Anniversary Celebration. We have allocated three (3) slots for your office. Please confirm your
