2024 Season Player Fees

Total Player Fees:

$2,500
Due Dates:
October 15th, 2023: $250 Deposit (Non-refundable)
February 15th, 2024: $1,125 - ½ of remaining balance
May 15th, 2024: $1,125 - ½ of remaining balance
**All payments can be made by Cash, Card or Check**
Notes:
1. Players who obtain Sponsorships are allowed to deduct up to 50% of the Sponsorship
amount to be deducted from player fees (Returned Form must have players name)
2. All sponsorship/donations are non-refundable, sponsorships will be disbursed to the
general fund in the event a player is no longer associated with the Mountaineers.
3. We will be offering multiple fundraising opportunities to help reduce player fees at
multiple times during the season.

Optional Monthly Payments: after deposit is paid: min of $320/month over 7 months (Nov 15- May 15)
All Player fees paid will be considered non-refundable
(extenuating circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the Booster Board)

Included with fees:

● Player hotel fees when traveling (2 out of town Tournaments, and possibility of 3rd)
● 30-40+ games May - July
● League & Tournament Fees
● Coaches Salaries, Tournament Lodging & per diem
