Dear Sir,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as Branch Accountant at Sharp (Phils.) Corporation due
to Licensure Examination for CPA review.

I am more than grateful for the opportunities that the company has given during employment. The
company has significantly contributed to my growth both professionally and personally. I have
thoroughly assessed my experience during probation period and have concluded that this role is not the
right for me at this point of my career.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by me. I have taken this decision to pay more attention to my
review for the upcoming CPA Licensure Examination on May 2024.

Therefore I am requesting you to please accept my resignation, effective December 20, 2023.

I have learned a lot and grow professionally. Thank you for the opportunity to work in your company and
for all of your guidance throughout my employment.
