to improve product quality of online seller under asymmetric information is discussed. However,

stated by El Ouardighi, F. (2024) Study addresses a pricing problem of two substitutable

products in a two-echelon supply chain including two manufactures and one retailer. Moreover,

according to Wells et al. (2011) the results indicate that website quality influences consumers

perceptions of product quality, which subsequently effects online purchase intentions.

Storage of funds. Storing funds in online selling involves utilizing reliable payment processors

that offer encryption to protect financial information. It involves using secure payment gateways

provided by trusted financial institutions. Additionally sellers should consider diversifying their

(Akerlof, 1970) seller`s reputation generated through the platform`s feedback system therefore

often determines whether a transaction takes place and the efficiency of trade. Without any trust-

building mechanism such as reputation, uncertainty about product quality can hinder the

operation of markets to the possible extreme of market failure. According to Thendean, R. B.

(2023)It is an anticipated that inventors would choose online mutual fund selling agents more

Goal as motivation. We online sellers have to be motivated by doing things with

confidence. Online sellers may motivated her self for her family but not just only for her family

also to prove to her self that she came up all of this and had a strong enough to face everything.

healthy lifestyle as a motivating factor for online sellers to achieve their goals with confidence.

Motivation goals of online seller functional view of attitude suggests the people hold attitudes to

determine how to response the customers (Castaneda et al., 2009). Moreover, examine the

theories surrounding the motivation of salespeople, particularly those of direct sellers Zitkiene,

R. (2007).

Time management. The number one essential in online selling is time management or

time managing, it will overcome the flow in selling online and mostly, the answers of online

sellers are the same that time management is a must in selling online. Time management consist

of many things and one of its important part is creating daily schedule in order to have a

consistent movement of time in selling online.

“One at a time, I believed man gud na you cannot save two masters at the same time.”

(One at a time, I believe that you cannot save two masters at the same time.) (KII 3)

In comparison to many other resources time has some unique properties. If wasted, it

cannot be replaced. if saved, it cannot be retrieved. Whilst other business assets such as capital,

labour, information, and customers are often unequally distributed, all managers have an equal

supply of time. How well they choose to use it is entirely at their own personal discretion

(Robbins, Bergman, Stagg & Coulter 2000). Therefore we should really need to manage our time

properly and know our priorities. According to Esmail, R. P., Falsario, M. N. J. S., Halaghay

(2022) effective time management benefits them as both successful independent contractors and

students. It’s possible for you to waste your time and energy without clear purpose but it can be
