TIME
2. THE TEACHER SHOULD PROVIDE THE
GUEST THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION;
A. The objectives and expectation of his her
visit
B. Information that the students already
know and which they are curious about
 C. Classroom management routines
D. Plans for related teaching and learning
3. THE TEACHER SHOULD SEE TO IT THAT;
A. Students are prepared to listen to the
talk, pupils should know what to expect
from the speaker and what to ask during
the open forum.
B. Students are reminded to be courteous,
respectful, and warm to the resource
person.
C. The large portion of the time allotted to
the resource person is devoted for
discussion.
4. A thank you letter or a token can be
given to the resource person to
appreciate his/her help.
5. Design an alternative plan for any
failure of communications or last minute
cancellations.
