Letter of Motivation

Respected Prof. Murat Onur Yazlik,

First of all, I am very grateful for you allowing me to write this motivational letter in
support of acceptance for a master's from your prestigious institute.
Introduction, Reason for being a veterinarian, extracurricular activities, And Research experience
According to me, veterinary medicine study is not limited to the work of a few years, it is a continuous
process of learning and getting different lessons every day. My father always said, "The expert in
anything was once a beginner and a beginner has to take the stairs to reach the heights". That's how
it's more than a passion for me. My veterinary journey started on the day when I was born in a small
village in a remote area of Pakistan. The love, care, and affection that I saw from childhood deeply settled
in my brain and this highly encouraged me to pursue this as my career.
In Pakistan, it's very difficult and competitive to get admission to veterinary medicine. My passion and
enthusiasm keep me motivated and finally got admission to a top-ranked veterinary university. In my
undergraduate, there were various subjects I studied but there was one that always kept me fascinated
Veterinary reproduction because of the passionate, enthusiastic professor. He has always been very kind
humble and made to learn everything in so simple words. He has a doctorate from one of the prestigious
universities of Türkiye.
I worked on various projects, research tasks, data collection, and laboratory work under his supervision
to get higher skills beyond the academic courses. I have always been deeply involved in extracurricular
and volunteering activities ranging from hands-on Veterinary training workshops and farmer Facilitation
Camps to University Cultural Festivals in my higher school and undergraduate studies.
Your Research background, Reason for choosing Turkey, and my Intrinsic Motivation &Passion
I have thoroughly gone through your research and found that the research focuses majorly on diverse
aspects of reproductive pathophysiology and pregnancy detection in various animals, including sheep,
cows, dogs, and heifers. The reputation of your research work, specifically regarding has captivated my
attention and motivated me to seek this incredible opportunity to learn from your expertise.
Topics majorly include serum glycoprotein profiles, miR-26a for early pregnancy detection,
thermographic monitoring, nutritional-immunological indices, diagnostic accuracy of milk components,
synchronization protocols' impact on pregnancy rates, and predictors of pregnancy in cows. Collectively,
these studies contribute to a comprehensive understanding of reproductive pathophysiology, fertility, and
pregnancy detection across diverse animal populations.
The research aligns seamlessly with my passion for pursuing a Master's degree in Veterinary Obstetrics
and Gynecology. These studies provide valuable insights that can inform advancements in reproductive
health, fertility, and pregnancy detection, aligning perfectly with my academic and professional
aspirations in this specialized field.
The reason why I chose this university and your research work is the Türkiye historical importance and
benefits from its favorable geographical position at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. Ankara University
consistently ranks among the top veterinary institutions worldwide, according to prestigious international
rankings. This boasts state-of-the-art laboratories, research centers, and libraries, offering extensive
resources for comprehensive learning and research. This ensures that students pursuing a Master's degree
program receive a well-rounded education that combines both theoretical knowledge and practical
experience.
Considering my academic performance so far and my longing to enrich my knowledge, personal and
professional experiences. I am confident that I will be an excellent addition to my research work.
