Subject: - DISBURSEMENT OF TRAINING FEE TO THE POLLING STAFF PARTICIPATED IN TRAINING

FOR THE CONDUCT OF GENERAL ELECTIONS 2024.

Refer to the subject noted above, and to state that the General Election has been
culminated successfully on 08th February 2024 across the country.
In this regard, the Payment of honorarium to the attendees of training of poling personnel
is scheduled to be started from 13th May 2024 as per appended plan. The Participants of Half Day
Orientation Sessions i.e APOs and POs will be paid Rs.1000/- and the participants of 02 days trainings i.e
Presiding Officers & Senior Assistant Presiding Officers will be paid Rs.2000/- respectively during office
hours i.e 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM at the venues and dates mentioned below.

You are, therefore, requested to inform the participants falling under your jurisdiction to
collect their amount personally, as per above plan, and bring clear visible photocopy of their NIC and
duty order.
It is noteworthy for all the participants of training to remember their serial number of
training in order to avoid rush/ inconvenience while collecting payment.
Note: Payments will be made to those participants only who attended training and also
performed Election Duty.
