Dear Mr. Facundo,

Greetings in Our Lady of Loreto!

We are now in the Holy Season of Lent in which we are going to prepare to celebrate the
center of our faith, our Lord's Passion, Death and Resurrection. There are many popular acts of
piety that the Catholic Faithful does in order to commemorate this part of our salvation, one of
them is the Senakulo.

This coming, March 27, 2024, Holy Wednesday, the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Our
Lady of Loreto, will host a Vicariate Passion Play or 'Senakulo' in front of the Parish Church at
Plaza Bustillos.

The following streets are requested to be closed from 3PM to 11PM on March 27, 2024.

Earnshaw St. Corner San Anton St.(Both side), From San Anton St. to Patato St.

As there are roads which are to be closed, here are the following road directions on the
traffic rerouting for this day.

1 * Vehicle going * Southbound

From Lacson - Earnshaw turn right to Cayco St. turn left to Loyola St, turn left to Bilibid Viejo
St., straight ahead to San Rafael St. to destination.
From Lacson - Fajardo St., turn right to Cayco St., turn left to Loyola St., turn left to Bilibid
Viejo St., straight ahead to San Rafael St. to destination.

2 * Vehicle going * Northbound

From Casal St. - Legarda St. turn left to San Rafael St., and straight ahead to Bilibid Viejo St.,
or turn Left to Recto Ave., turn right to Loyola St. going to the point of destination.

3 Vehicle From R. Magsaysay, Legarda Flyover, Straight ahead to Legarda St., turn right to
Recto Ave. Turn right to Loyola St going to the point of Destination.
The Manila LGU together with Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Loreto will
deploy personnel composed of traffic personnel, road emergency group, clearing operation
personnel, Barangay Official and Tanod to assist in traffic Management and extend assistance
to motorist and general public.

Ambulance, Firetrucks, mobile Patrol units, motorcycle units, will also be dispatch at the event
place.

Plans set for the event are in coordination with the Local Government Units of Manila, Bureau
of Permits Manila (Road Utilization), MDTEU, MTPB, MPIO, DTCAM, BARBOSA POLICE
STATION(PS-14), PCP UBA, BRGY. 401, 402, 407,415.

Attached in this letter are the maps of the road closures and the road rerouting for this day.

We hope that you would grant our humble request for this Senakulo in observance of the
Vicariate Senakulo in commemoration of Holy Week.
