itinerary can maximize your client’s time, and there will be no time wasted traveling between places,
activities, or accommodations. Being a tour guide, you also need to ensure every detail of your itinerary.

How can an itinerary affect the experience of the visitors?

This will show a realistic view of how much can fit into each day and manage expectations with an
itinerary that brings your client’s trip to life with excitement.

What are the challenges will we encounter when we failed to follow the itinerary?

Some of the challenges you can encounter are that you may miss one destination or need to
shorten your time on the tour due to a lack of time.
