NAGPTD RESOLUTION NO. 2024-005

“A RESOLUTION ON THE CREATION OF COMMITTEES AND ITS SUB-
COMMITTEES OR FOCUS GROUP TO ADDRESS PARTICULAR ISSUES OF
THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE”

WHEREAS, through the institutionalization of the PNP PATROL Plan 2030, the
National Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (NAGPTD) will
create Committees and its Sub-Committees or Focus Group to address issues and
concerns relative to the four perspectives (4) of the PNP Roadmap, to wit: Resource
Management; Learning and Growth, Process Excellence, and Community;

WHEREAS, on August 11, 2023 and August 24, 2023, Special and Regular
Meetings were conducted, respectively, NAGPTD convened to discuss and
deliberate matters of concerns based on the abovementioned perspectives, and
agreed on the creation of Committees and its Sub-Committees or Focus Group;

WHEREAS, the created Committees and its Sub-Committees or Focus Group shall
compose of members from NAGPTD and PNP Technical Working Group (TWG) and
Police Strategy Management Units (PSMUs) as Focal Person and Secretariat,
respectively;

WHEREAS, NAGPTD agreed and accepted the composition of the respective

Committees and its Sub- Committees or Focus Group that will craft and resolve
issues relative to the four (4) perspectives of the PNP roadmap;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved, that the NAGPTD,

approve and adopt the Committees and its Sub-Committees or Focus Group to
address issues on the four (4) perspectives of the PNP roadmap.

Transformation and Development (NAGPTD).
