I, Gilbert Mondejar, of legal age, a Filipino, residing at St. Peter Subd. Brgy. Gulang Gulang, Lucena
City, am writing this letter to fulfill the promise I made to Mr. John Vincent De Castro last October
2023.

In reference to the project you entrusted to me, I had initially promised a car (2016 or newer model) as
commission. However, taking into account the significant amount of time that has passed, and after
careful consideration, we have mutually decided to alter the form of the commission.

Instead of the car, I am now providing a partial payment in cash amounting to Php ___________
(___________________). The total of the full payment is [__________________], and the remaining
balance will be paid on _________________, amounting to ______________. This decision has been
made with our mutual consent and serves as a testament to our professional understanding.

I am Gilbert Mondejar, of legal age, a Filipino, residing at St. Peter Subd. Brgy. Gulang Gulang, Lucena
City. I am writing this letter to inform you about the modification in the fulfillment of the promise I made
to Mr. John Vincent De Castro last October 2023.

We had initially agreed that I would provide a car (2016 or newer model) as commission for the project
you entrusted to me. However, considering the significant amount of time that has passed, we have
mutually decided to change the form of the commission into cash.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to settle any amount today, March 11,
2024. The total full payment is Php ___________ (__________________). The payment, either partial or
full, will be settled on _________________.

I regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter. This letter
serves as a record of our agreement and my commitment to fulfill it.

I , John Vincent De Castro, of legal age with postal address at Sandoval Subd., Brgy Wakas, Tayabas
City Quezon. I am writing this letter to discuss our previous agreement of Mr. Gilbert Mondejar, from
October 2023. , I entrusted a project to him with the understanding that I would receive a car (2016 or
newer model) as commission .

However, due to a change in circumstances, I am unable to continue with this transaction personally.
Therefore, I am writing to inform you that I am authorizing my mother, Mrs. Severina De Castro, to act
on my behalf in this matter. She will be my representative and will manage all the necessary
responsibilities and decisions related to this agreement.

In addition, considering the significant amount of time that has passed, I have decided to alter the form of
my commission. Instead of the previously agreed car, I would now like to receive the commission in cash.
I trust that you will understand and respect my decision.

I am confident that my mother, Mrs. Severina De Castro, will handle this situation with the utmost
efficiency and effectiveness. I kindly ask that you extend the same cooperation and understanding to her
as you would to me.
