02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the


Central Information Commission for early disposal of his petition
dated 1st September, 2023 filed under Section 4 of the Right to
Information Act, 2005.

3. Mr. Bhoi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that


notices were issued to the Opposite Parties in this writ petition.
An affidavit of service of notice on Opposite Party Nos.1 to 2 is
filed by the Petitioner at Flag ‘A’. Considering the same, notice on
Opposite Parties is treated to be sufficient.

4. Mr. Parhi, learned DSGI submits that Office Memorandum


has been issued by the Central Information Commission not to
appear on their behalf.

5. Taking note of the submission made by learned counsel for


the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a
direction that in the event, the Petitioner files an application for
early disposal of the petition dated 1st September, 2023
(Annexure-2) stated to be pending before the Central Information

Commission, the same shall be considered in accordance with law
