About The Circle
We're a non-profit start-up with a small yet growing team of motivated
individuals, who are collectively working to reinvent India’s schools. We are
building a network of schools and after-school centres that are offering
kids from low-income households expanded opportunities to succeed and
change the world. We run two flagship programs:

The Circle Incubation: The two-
year Circle Incubation selects and
equips entrepreneurs to design,
launch, and run reinvented schools
and after-school centres.
The Circle Labs: We run short-
term, low-touch programs to
build capacity and readiness,
raise awareness, and cultivate
communities interested in
reimagining education.

We're a close-knit team that's mostly based out of Mumbai. We work out of Godrej One,
a beautiful, green office campus in Vikhroli.

Role Summary

Craft compelling narratives, drive impactful recruitment, and champion our brand's
mission in the vibrant city of Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include visionary branding,
program amplification, growing our online footprint, event hosting, and spearheading
media partnerships.

Responsibilities

As The Senior Manager of Communications, you will:

Drive impactful entrepreneur recruitment through dynamic online/offline campaigns,
telling stories that resonate.
Craft compelling messaging and branding to attract visionary leaders via print, digital,
PR, and thought leadership campaigns, championing ‘Reinventing India, School by
School.’
Amplify our Programs by collaborating with influencers and a vibrant ambassador
community, ensuring cohesive messaging.
Own The Circle’s brand identity, strategy, external communications, and core messages
across social media, website, newsletters, and PR efforts.
Host flagship events to ensure brand messaging, rigorous programming and
consistency.
Collaborate with external design teams and internal teams to support communications
and outreach needs acrossThe Circle’s different verticals.
Ensure strict alignment with brand and compliance guidelines across editorial,
photography, and social media.
Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience in communications.

Master of words, both written and spoken, with a knack for captivating presentations
and storytelling.
Strong project management, time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communicator, effortlessly navigating diverse audiences and presenting
complex ideas with clarity and charm.
Creativity and an appetite for reinvention.
Proven track record in orchestrating top-tier communications, media relations,
marketing, social media and online strategies.
