SBM MEETING AND UPDATING OF DOCUMENTS

TO: All Department Heads

All Teachers Concerned

1) Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 308 s.2023 re Conduct of

School/Sub-Office/Division Monitoring Evaluation And Plan Adjustments
for 4th Quarter of Fiscal Year 2023 (3rd-4th Quarter of SY 2022-2023 and
Beginning of School Year 2023-2024), this office announces that all
members of the SBM Working Team are required to attend a meeting
which will be held this Thursday, September 7, 2023, 1:00 pm at the SBM
Office.

2) In addition, all members are requested to review and update all necessary
documents to ensure that these are accurate and readily accessible for
the School Monitoring Evaluation Plan Adjustments (SMEPA) to be held
on September 14-15, 2023.

3) Immediate dissemination and compliance to this memorandum is desired.
