APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF A TEACHER
I am writing to express my interest in the teaching position in your highly respected school. I
have extensive experience in education and a passion for teaching, making me an ideal candidate
for the position.
I attended Saint Martin’s Senior High School and had good grades in all subjects. To be specific,
I had A1 in English, Social Studies, Government and History. The results show how serious I am
the ability to learn and teach especially the reading subjects. While in school, I used to assemble
my colleagues and teach them. Most especially the subjects they have difficulties in or find it
challenging. During that period, I developed a strong understanding of the curriculum and have
been able to effectively engage students in learning. I am also experienced in developing lesson
plans, assessing student progress and providing feedback to parents.
Not to talk of only academic excellence, I am also well behaved, respectful and love to create a
positive environment where students feel safe and supported while also challenging them to
reach their full potential.
I would be thrilled to join your team of educators at your school and contribute my skills and
knowledge towards helping your students reach their goals.
