iii) All other metal components shall be hot dipped galvanised
with zinc phosphate coating and finished with outdoor grade of
powder coat.
iv) All sides shall be of rotary moulded PE type the dimensions

of which shall strictly comply to safety standards
v) Each EPDM pattern shall be shaped manually and shall not

be formed by cutting with blade
vi) The EPDM layer shall be compressed to form a flat smooth
surface without any granules easily coming loose.
vii) To allow for coring at 3 random locations on completed
seamless flooring to en sure compliance to specified EPDM
and SBR thickness. (For checking purpose)
viii) All play components must comply the safety zones
requirement.
