Dear Ahmad,
With reference to our subsequent discussion, we are pleased to offer you the position of Garment Technician.
You will be based out of Head Office, Noida.

You are requested to join us on or before 01-08-2023. Please note that in case you do not join by the due
date, the offer stands withdrawn.
You are requested to carry following documents at the time of joining to enable us to complete your personal
records:
● Copies of Educational Certificates, Degree / Diploma (all mark sheets and certificates) along with originals
for verification purposes.
● Copies of Passport / Driving License / Voter I Card / Ration Card for residence proof (both Current &
Permanent) along with originals for verification purposes.
● Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN Card) and originals for verification purposes.
● Recent passport size photograph (Four Copies)
● Experience Certificates -joining and discharge letter of previous company in originals and copies of each
thereof.
● Salary Certificate of Previous Company or form 16 A in original and a copy of the same.
● Relieving Certificate from Previous Employer
● EPF number of yours in the Previous Company if any.

This letter of Offer is subject to the satisfactory reference checks and verification of documents submitted by you
with the Company. During the reference check and / or during verification of documents, if any information or
document provided by you at any stage is found to be incorrect / false / nonexistent / fraudulent etc., the
Company reserves the right to withdraw this offer without further notice as well as any offer or employment
offered / granted. Please note that the Company shall not be liable to pay any compensation or damages or
remuneration etc. of whatever nature to you in such eventualities.

The formal appointment letter will be issued to you after your joining. As a token of acceptance, kindly sign the
duplicate copy of this letter and return the same to us.
