MUNICIPAL ASSESSOR'S OFFICE

The Office enables the local government to maximize its revenue generating capability. Its operational components
includes tax mapping, real property valuation & assessment, real property identification & accounting, field surveys for
assessment rolls and assessment records & reports.

DECLARING UNREVISED/MISSING TAX DECLARATIONS


Requirements:
1. Proof of Ownership- the Original owner's copy of Deed of 5. Letter request of owner & SPA if
