Be Coachable:
• As a coach we would expect the team members to learn,
practice and implement many things in short span of time.
• This may lead to some confusions in the short term, we
would solve them and move forward.

• We have a tremendous experience in handling these
situations and everything we do is for the benefit of the
client
• We request the team to “BE COACHABLE” and always trust
the coach
Focus on Transformation:
• We focus only on Transformation of the process, people and
the way they collaborate and work together as a team
4 • We are not interested in the internal issues / office politics
and other issues
• We do not entertain any financial transactions with the team
members of the client

8 • We are sure that teamwork can create wonders and request
the all members to support the teams so that organizational

Regular Reviews
• Every week, the teams would review their activities. Only if all
the activities are completed by all the members in the team,
the team will move to the next week's activities
9 • Even if one person did not complete his/her activity, the
team will not proceed to next week. If one team did not
proceed, all the teams will not proceed.
• Help the person to complete the work, so that everyone
moves forward
Documentation:
• We provide all the templates for documenting the activities,
sharing results and create systems for monitoring the

activities on the long run
• The team members would create documents and update
them as per the frequency of updation
Transparency:
11 • We would be transparent in our work and communication
and we expect the team members also to exhibit the same
