Responsibilities of the Team Members:

• Our engagement is all about Transformation of people and
improving Team Work. This requires your commitment and
trust on our ability to influence and transform people.
• Hiring a consultant is like enrolling in a Gym for losing
1 weight. This is only the first step. The transformation happens
only when the person regularly attend and workout in the
gym. Similarly, We can coach the team on various initiatives,
but the overall responsibility of implementation and
sustenance lies with the team members of the client.
You are the Expert:

• We work across many industries in Process Improvements,
however, we are not experts in any specific technology /
operations.

• You are the experts in your unit
• We are only trained to look at the wastes/Muda and work on
reducing them.
• It is NOT “We Vs. You”. It is always “We & You”

Be Coachable:
• As a coach we would expect the team members to learn,
practice and implement many things in short span of time.
• This may lead to some confusions in the short term, we
would solve them and move forward.

• We have a tremendous experience in handling these
situations and everything we do is for the benefit of the
client
• We request the team to “BE COACHABLE” and always trust
the coach

Regular Reviews
• Every week, the teams would review their activities. Only if all
the activities are completed by all the members in the team,
the team will move to the next week's activities
9 • Even if one person did not complete his/her activity, the
team will not proceed to next week. If one team did not
proceed, all the teams will not proceed.
• Help the person to complete the work, so that everyone
moves forward
Documentation:
• We provide all the templates for documenting the activities,
sharing results and create systems for monitoring the

activities on the long run
• The team members would create documents and update
them as per the frequency of updation
Transparency:
11 • We would be transparent in our work and communication
and we expect the team members also to exhibit the same
