Iotree Minds is an organization built by Shreevallabha and Bharath J, Bengaluru-based

entrepreneurs, that focuses on software solutions for business owners, which help solve
their problems and build their use cases.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Please read the following sections carefully.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
SD02 - FULL-STACK MOBILE APP DEVELOPER

Eligibility:

1. Should have completed bachelors in B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/MCA (Preferably in

Computer Science and Information technology).
2. Should be a fresher with 0-1 year experience.
3. Should have a minimum CGPA of 5.0 or percentage of 50% and above.

Pre-requisites:

1. Should be knowing the following technologies:

a. Musts: Frontend: Flutter.
b. Likes : Backend: Node.js/Flask, Express.js, Mongodb, MySQL.
c. Testing: Should be good at manual testing.
d. Optional: html, css, js, react, react native, cordova, swift, kotlin,
jquery, django, redis, php, codeigniter, AWS, GCP, Azure, Firebase,
agile and scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Should be responsible for the development of features and delivering the

project on time by completing the assigned tasks.
2. Should be able to develop frontend UI and backend APIs and interface as
per the logic required.
3. Should document the project wherever it is required.
4. Write clean code, so that every member can understand.
5. Follow MVC architecture.
6. Test the developed features manually/automated testing (whichever is
appropriate).
7. Be open to challenges, learn new technologies and upgrade skills.
8. Be a responsible member during project discussions and provide valuable
inputs for building an application for a better future.
9. Hold moral and ethical values inside the organization and between your
subordinates, also to your leaders.
10. Submit a weekly report of the work accomplished.

 Commitment:

1. Working hours from 9AM- 5PM or 8 hours daily.

2. 6 Days a week, Monday to Saturday, except government holidays.
3. Attend daily stand-up meets, regular team discussions.

SD04 - FULL-STACK MOBILE APP DEVELOPER INTERN

Eligibility:

1. Should have completed bachelors in B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA (Preferably in

Computer Science and Information technology) or should be pursuing final
year of graduation and open to full-time internship role.
2. Should have a minimum CGPA of 5.0 or percentage of 50% and above.

APPLYING PROCESS

To apply for any role, the candidate has to follow the below procedure.
1. Create a resume, which should have all the projects accomplished, skills
mentioned and personal details and achievements if any.
2. Keep any of your previous works such as projects (it could be a hackathon project,
major project, hobby project, freelance project) which should give the interviewer
about your potential. It could be a project which is live, or an apk or hosted locally.
3. Share your resume to support@iotreeminds.com and write a few sentences in the
mail regarding how you got the information about iotree minds, your expectations,
and to which role you are applying for. Please mention the ID of the role you are
willing to apply to.
4. Our executives will be in touch with you for the interview. It involves both technical
and HR rounds.
5. You are allowed to ask questions for the interviewer about the organization.
6. Once the interview is done. The HR will get back to you with the status of the
application.
