Onkar:

Siddhi:
Good morning, ladies, and gentlemen, I Siddheshwari D, student manager of Balaji institute of
modern management (BIMM) and I Onkar Shinde, student manager of Balaji institute of Modern
Management, Sri Balaji University, Pune.
Both - we are masters of the ceremony for today.
Onkar:
We welcome you to the series titled “learning from corporate leaders”.
Listening to such eminent business leaders and their insights would lead the young minds into
transformational development and have enlightened thought process. We take this privilege to
welcome our guest speaker- Ms. Anuprita Deshpande, Senior Managing Consultant, IBM India
ltd.
Siddhi:
The purpose of education is to make good human beings with skill and expertise. Enlightened
human beings can be created by teachers.
Ma’am, with the ever-evolving industry setup and the dynamicity it offers, Sri Balaji
university Pune has the flexibility with its incredible IT infrastructure, constant adherence to
practical as well as technical training and grooming, multidimensional approach towards
placements and well-disciplined processes to align with any given circumstances, with great
pleasure we extend greetings to you all on behalf of Sri Balaji university, Pune.

We would also like to extend our greetings to the chancellor SBUP, professor B. Paramanan
Balasubramanian sir, Vice chancellor prof Dr. G K Shirude sir, Senior directors & Deans,
Directors, Deputy Directors, faculty members and my fellow student managers.
Siddhi:
Dr. APG Abdul kalam once said “all of us do not have equal talent. But all of us have an equal
opportunity to develop our talents.”
The happiest individual is the one who functions within the code of conduct which is called self-
discipline, determination, and dedication, which are the mantras in the journey of life towards
success.
Our mindset and outlook towards situations lead us and serve as the guideline towards a
successful career journey.

Onkar:
Sri Balaji university makes sure that we are prepared for this journey full of challenges and
opportunities, and as students all we need to do is follow the guidance of our teachers, parents,
and eminent business leaders like you, to make everyone proud by our perseverance and do or die
attitude.
Siddhi:
We are privileged to be in Sri Balaji university that has given us this opportunity for interacting
with a lot many corporate leaders like you through this interface. Discipline, dedication &
determination, built on these three values Sri Balaji university Pune provides exposure to students
like us through various workshops on communication skills, time management, self-awareness,
management games etc. with a strong emphasis on practical training and overall development of
the students.
Onkar:
