Shikhar Inter House Duet Singing Competition – “Vocal Virtuoso”

Music is a universal language that transcends boundaries, and we believe in fostering talent and
creativity among our students. The school announces an Inter-House Duet Singing Competition
which aims to provide a platform for our talented vocalists to showcase their harmonious talents and
celebrate the joy of music together.

Event Details:
Date : 27th March 2024
Time : 12:05-1:05 p.m. (Competition Slot)
Venue : Umang Hall

“Melodies that transcend eras”

Guidelines:
1. The Theme of the competition is– “Timeless Classics”.
2. Students can choose any iconic songs from various genres that have stood the test of time till
80’s. Language should be Hindi only.
3. Interested and talented students should register themselves by giving auditions to their Music
Teachers.
4. They can choose the partner from any section of their grade, but the house should be the
same.
5. The last date for the registration is 15th March 2024. No entries shall be entertained after the
deadline. List of Finalists will be put up by 16th March 2024.
6. Finalists should sing till 1st Antara (stanza) only.
7. Participants will be disqualified for offensive/suggestive words and inappropriate language
and gestures.
8. Participants may come for practice during their SUPW/Clubs slots, only after seeking
permission from their respective teachers.
