TERMS OF USE
1. By purchasing, holding or using this ticket, you are entering into a contract with Chelsea Football Club Limited ("Chelsea FC") on the basis of Chelsea FC's
Conditions Of Issue (the "Conditions of Issue", a copy of which can be found at www.chelseafc.com/en/conditions-of-issue) and which are subject to change from
time to time. Capitalised words and expressions used in these Match Ticket terms shall have the same meanings as those used in the Conditions of Issue, unless
otherwise defined herein.
2. Other than as described in the Conditions of Issue, this ticket may not be resold, advertised for sale, assigned or transferred to any other person for any purpose.
3. Matches are subject to postponement, abandonment or cancellation. No guarantee can be given by Chelsea FC that any match will take place at a particular time
or on a particular date.
4. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT TICKETS PURCHASED FROM TOUTS OR FROM UNOFFICIAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE VALID AND ENTRY WILL BE REFUSED.
5. All persons under the age of 16 will be required to attend the relevant area of the Ground with, and sit in the Ground next to, a person over 18 years of age.
6. You acknowledge that: (i) images (audio/visual/photographic) may be taken of you at the ground(s) and used by Chelsea FC, the Premier League and others; and (ii)
that the ground(s) are a public place, and you have no expectation of privacy in respect of your attendance at the ground(s).
7. This ticket remains the property of Chelsea FC at all times.
8. Bringing into the Ground and/or using any pyrotechnics or smoke bombs will result in a MINIMUM three-year ban from the Grounds.
9. Individuals who enter the pitch will be banned from the Grounds for a MINIMUM of one year. This ban extends to accompanying parents/guardians of children who
do so.
