Reference for Mr Noel Tarp

I would like to acknowledge that Mr. Noel Tarp has been employed by Oxfam in PNG (OiP)
as Australian Humanitarian Partnership (AHP) Project Officer from January to December
2022 on a contract bases. He reported directly to me and to the Australian DFAT Program
Manager during his period on projects implementation and projects closure at Simbu
Province.

Throughout his term he performs well in completing the entire AHP Simbu Covid-19
Response Project within the given period of time, despite many challenges faced.

Mr. Tarp has shown his commitment to the organization as an active participant through his
willingness to take on newly assigned tasks with positive attitude.

What I saw in Noel Tarp during his endeavor, I believe he has the potential to excel well in
other areas of engagement as well.

I can affirm that Mr. Tarp is punctual, polite, honest, hard working and eager to learn new
things.

I have no hesitation for him in future employment.
