SUMMARY:
Areas for further growth: I need to learn more about how to manage the classroom effectively. Also, I need to learn
more strategies on how to handle with students who have behavior issue in the classroom.
I am kind and patient in my teaching. I always think about how to help my student learn best and safely in my
classroom. I treated students equally and I always prepared to prevent any problems that will happen in my
classroom. I am well organized in my teaching.
